Absolutely poor experience here. If you value your time, and competent workers, decline the load to this location. I have delivered to other McLean locations that are better ran. 16 pallets of candy took 3 hours to offload. Cost $275 in lumper fees. Absolute ridiculousness. Yet another example of how there are too many hands in the pot. Fire capstone and find a more competent service here. 16 pallets should take less than 1 hour to fully offload off a truck. Get it together guys. Not one to leave a bad review normally but poor service is poor service. On the plus side, security was very friendly and welcoming. The capstone office was empty for almost 30 minutes as I waited patiently to turn in paperwork to get them started. No real on-site staging area definitely not any overnight parking. Plenty of room to maneuver however.

NEVER take a appointment time after 4pm with them you will be there all night morning shift work way faster then evening shift ….

The date is/was 3/24/22, I arrived early for a 10pm appointment, I got here at 8:45pm, it’s now 3/25/22 and 8:15am and I’m still outside of the gate, the guards are only doing their best to keep us all calm. I don’t know what’s going on inside of the plant but this is ridiculous. I’ve never had to wait this long for a delivery or pickup for that matter. DONT COME HERE!!!! By the way whoever Tina is in receiving you should consider reassigning her, she definitely is cut out for taking calls. Just as nicely as I’m writing this review, it’s the same tone I used when I called after nearly 12 hours of waiting to check and see how much longer it would be. Please be considerate of how you respond to anyone who’s been waiting patiently to be unloaded.

This place is the perfect example why the government should go after the shippers and receivers if they want hours of service compliance. You load in the morning and you have to deliver same day in the middle of the night. How do you do this legally. Plus they keep you here for hours.

Guard at front gate is a ... Well u will see if u go there the lady is nice ... Other then that ... It jest like any other stop ... I would give five star but that front gate guard .. one is all he gets

Hey trucker brother I'm just letting you know right now this is not the place you want to pick up and or deliver. I arrived one hour early for my delivery and they held me for 9 hours. The lumpers here suck. I'm like as long as you took it should have been free but of course it wasn't. Luckily there is a truck stop right down the street about quarter mile and it's not listed on the GPS it is not the best place in the world but hey it's a place to park.
