Early appointment checked in an hour and 15 minutes before appointed time, no wait for dock door took 4&1/2 hours to unload full 53' trailer. Limited parking short drive only two trucks fit safely for overnight parking. Check in starts at 10pm.
Parking available behind Pizza hut road winds around and you can exit either way.

Deliveries never on time - days later at times. No emergency number for a contact either. It's Father's Day today (which is one of the busiest days of the year) and we don't have enough product to take care of our customers. Received an email saying they will be 24 hrs late the day of the expected delivery. 48 hours later no sign of deliveries in any of our stores. This is an ongoing problem and extremely frustrating for both staff and customers.

I could actually give them 0 if there was a possibility. I was docked at 03:00 and been on dock since then and it's now 10:10 still am on dock. The whole facility doesn't even have a restroom at the moment. You can imagine being on dock for 7hrs+ not even having access to the restroom. It's one of the worst places I ever been to and if you are a truck driver and you doubt about the reviews, come in for yourself. I just got my next load cancelled due to their unknown work ethic. Take time to read reviews to know what to expect when coming here.

Run the other direction. Do not come here unless you have time to waist. Arrived early for my appointment, and now 5 hrs later, still not unloaded. Also keep in kind that there is no available restroom for you to use as well. It's a sad day when animals are treated better than humans.

Drivers don't come to this place. Barney Phife will write you a ticket. And receiving is very rude. Don't listen to the other comments they are blowing smoke. No where to park. As soon as you are unloaded they ask you to leave the property. (BEWARE)...Do not park in the turn lane

This has to be one of the best McLane. Appoint was at 6:15am and I checked in at 5:45am. I was done by 6:43am. Clean place and very nice and friendly staff. They charged me $58 for using lumpers. There is plenty of parking around this warehouse. I parked on the McCoy street and nobody bothered me. But I also saw truck parked in the warehouse next to McLane entrance ( google maps show there isn’t any construction but there is ). Once you are done you need to go left to exit the building.

Semi drivers, There are only about a half dozen spots in the driveway you can park overnight. The cops came and ran us off from parking in the turn lane at 3 AM. They will ticket you. Plan your trip accordingly, stay safe.
