The Good: Friendly Staff / Room service. The Bad: Shuttle to Disney refused to take stroller. Shuttle is not from the hotel but third party, pushy on tips. Shuttle does not go to park but goes to a transportation center from wish you can go to some parks. Locals show up to get the breakfast. Motel charging hotel prices. Pool is dirty. WiFi in room is spotty

Awesome customer service.. Good location. Not as new and modern as some other ones but definitely a comfortable stay. Fair pricing & Good free breakfast.

Fantastic and helpful staff and informative tourist booth for booking attractions. Satisfactory breakfast provided. Rooms are clean and beds are fresh. The shower in my room had very poor pressure, as did the sink. Wifi spotty at times. Best to book a ground floor room as the elevator is only at one end of the complex. Pool area is clean with a change room and rest room and about a dozen chairs, some with umbrellas. Off a busy highway, which requires u-turns to reach some destinations.

Very clean room and attentive staff, requested towels and toiletries and received them in less than 5 minutes. Breakfast area was clean and well maintained, they had fresh and tasty food constantly being brought out. We stayed 5/14/22 - 5/16/22 great location close to the parks. Check in was fast and smooth, and checak out was even faster. Would definitely be returning as it is close to the parks.

It’s not horrible. We were only here for a few days, so it was good for an entry price point hotel. The room was clean and well maintained. I don’t recommend a ground floor room, it was noisy from all the ground traffic and we were apparently near a storage room where they offloaded a truck around 6 am. Maybe the upper floors were quieter. I heard the street noise, but never heard any noise from other guests rooms like toilets flushing or televisions. I didn’t eat breakfast but it looked decent for being pretty basic. It is really convenient to Disney World.

Came into town for the Disney parks, and this hotel is perfectly located right in the middle of it all. The farthest park is only 15 minutes away. The rooms are pretty small, but recently renovated, new furniture and comfortable mattresses, also very clean and affordable. The motel has customer laundry, and breakfast is included

Stayed recently for a trip to Disney. Was within minutes of the parks. The price was fair and the room was clean. Housekeeping did a great job making sure we had plenty of towels and toiletries. All of the staff we interacted with were very pleasant. Had a surprising amount of selections for breakfast including waffles, eggs, sausage, bagels, muffins, toast, yogurt, fruit, and various juices. Would stay again if in the area.

We stayed 3 days and the room was never cleaned. We reported it to the front desk and they apologized but the room was still not cleaned. We reported after the first night that the bathtub drained very slowly and they promised to fix it. They never did. The front desk was always friendly and helpful. However follow through was not seen. We always had to go to the front desk in person as the telephone to the front desk was blocked. We believe this as it was always busy but when went to the front desk they were always available.

I can not say how much I love this hotel. First this location is amazing. Its only 6-7 minutes from Animal kingdom and about 15 mins or less from Disney parks. They have a great breakfast. The rooms are always super clean. My kids love the pool. I try to stay here if at all possible on my trips. I have an annual pass to Disney world and have stayed here 4 times and have 2 more trips booked. Aldo their staff is amazing, especially Mike.

Very clean updated room. Very friendly service. Nice hot breakfast ( it's the same every day ) housekeeping came everyday. Good location. Needs new pool chairs and clean the bottom of the pool and switch out some of the breakfast items so it's not the same everyday that's all I could think of for the negative overall a great value and I would definitely stay again. Highly recommended
