I’ve never been so appalled by a company in my entire life. The entire staff is completely rude, I’ve been calling for a week asking for a manager and nobody would connect me, they would hang up on me, or just say they were the manager and couldn’t help me. I booked a hotel reservation for a stop on our road trip and my entire family got Covid-19 and when I booked the reservation it did not say that it was non refundable. Come to find out it was and I needed the general managers exception for a refund. I’ve called over 10 times, messaged twice and finally got connected today only to be told there is nothing we can do. Absolutely ridiculous. Not only do we have to cancel our dream trip to see a band live, we now have to pay for a hotel room we aren’t even staying in because the general manager won’t make an exception even though I had no idea it was non refundable. absolutely ridiculous service and I’m so glad i didn’t even stay here because I can’t imagine how they treat people in real life and not over the phone.

Surprisingly good room, despite the rather decrepit appearance of the outside (apparent renovations). It is a motel, like most Red Roofs, but it was very quiet with the exterior door closed. The comforter had some minor permanent stains, but it was clean. The premium king was $91 and included a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. Not bad for one of the cheapest rooms in the area. Bed was pretty comfortable, too. I was expecting much worse.

Nothing like chilling out by the Fire pit! Staff is Always very accommodating! I was out sitting by the pit and the Young lady working that night came out and lit the pit for me!! Awesome!

Let me start out as they have free snacks. For an upgraded 100 a night room with its own parking spot room is a steal, so clean so nice so friendly. Raymond was such a great concierge so friendly and caring made me feel so at home for the night. I came in thinking it will be a small nasty room instead a great at home friendly welcome. Open the fridge and they have snacks water and everything... Did I mention the reserved parking spot great place to stay for 4/20 and great people will recommend in state again.

This was the nicest Red Roof Inn I've ever visited. Spotless modern room, and the staff were so courteous. I wish I could remember the name of the man at the front desk, because he was incredibly kind. He even called our room after giving us a moment to settle, to make sure everything was to our liking & ask if we needed anything. Keep being awesome, front desk guy! Five star service!

The room was fine, clean, water was hot in the shower. However just before leaving found a bed bug on the sheet while packing up... So now doing all precautionary measures so as not to take them home.. Quite disappointing.

Room was ok, but not the cleanest. Mostly sad because I was made to feel guilty for having MS and needing a lower level room. Need some staff training on ADA and simple compassion.

I checked in super late and the man at the front desk was very kind. It's not a glamorous hotel, but if that's what you want, pay more to stay somewhere else. The room was a clean, quiet place to sleep, and was dog friendly, which was good. The water pressure in the shower was great and the bed was soft. Just off the highway but no noise. I feel like this was a good value.

It was a good place to sleep. Bathroom smelled like urine. Found hairs on the shower wall. Could see there's been leaking on the ceiling cuz ceiling tiles stained and falling down. They offered a continental breakfast. But it was very lame. Had Bagels plain, if you wanted cream cheese you had to ask for it each time they don't have it out.. No decaf coffee and few Donuts. For the money you pay for a room it was pretty sad. I had stayed here in the past and it was always higher quality but this time they let the quality drop. Floors in room where dirty and sticky.

This hotel was awesome! Very clean room. nice location right off of 23, and staff was nice during check in. I’m here often with the VA Hospital and I can tell how much work the staff has put in the last month in the rooms. Fresh paint, and nice floors. Will continue to stay.
