Oddest experience I've ever had at a rest area. There were three employees (one was a supervisor) all just staring at their phones. No one even looked up when visitors entered. I guess visitors aren't interesting.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Working vending machines. Plenty of informational/coupon pamphlets available. Lobby was clean clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were usable.

ATTN PET OWNERS!! Our dog had FIVE ticks on him after being in the yard around this rest stop for about 15 minutes. My boyfriend is still picking them off right now, so there might be more :( CHECK YOUR PETS!!

Good, clean rest area. Bathroom appears to be well maintained. This rest area is just west of Jackson - easy in, easy out.

Real tight for truckers, but clean and tidy. Love the big, mature trees! One of my usual spots when I'm Tennessee on business. 👍

24 hrs a good spot to stretch your legs walk pets get snacks. Pretty clean lots room keep up good work

Stayed overnight in our 5th wheel. Overall it was a good place to stay as we move across the states. Not many spaces, trucks came and went so expect lots of sound (no issue for us) and movement.

Nice rest stop with a pet area. Too bad others can’t read the signs for the designated pet area and that dogs need to be on leashes. Clean restrooms but no security or anyone at the desk.

Could use a bit more truck parking. Overall appeared clean and well maintained. Only stopped here to eat my dinner and have a brief pit stop. Did not stay overnight.
