Restaurant Depot is a big advantage, especially for those who have trouble finding halal meat. But unfortunately the variety of halal meat is very limited. Please increase halal meat options. Thank you

I drive almost 4 hours each week to shop here because there’s limited resources in my area. Cashier double charged me for an item , I immediately called the store back once I noticed the error upon unpacking my items . Management told me I had to bring all the items back and the receipt . I explained that would be difficult since I drive 2 hours one way. Upon my next visit the next week . I mentioned the ordeal to the customer service person , who pretty much said “too bad”! Poor customer service to a weekly customer / business!

My wife and I went and the experience was great, they have a new floor Mgr and I believe his name is Mr. C he was amazing u can see the difference in the place he stated he has been their about 2 weeks despite being new he was very helpful, keep it up Depot...*****Update on Mr.Clarence, I was told by another employee when I asked about him that he resigned because of of a white employee cursed him and was intimidated by Mr.Clarence because he was hired as floor Mgr and he wasn't. The gentleman name was Darrel from what I was told, He was wrote up and he quit on the spot, he begged for his job back and the store Manager hired him back with out notifying Mr.Clarence..Thats why He resigned ...This place is being ran horribly by upper management..I will no longer do business here and have advised my other business owners I know not to as well until Management is changed...

If I can put o star I would. If u are delivering here don't. They are rude, disrespectful.. don't care about appointment times. Very lazy and nasty. Person doing shipping and receiving has no clue to do the job..needs to be fired!!!!

I don't know if they were shorthanded on the docks today, but it was my first time here to unload. My appointment was at 0600. I got here the night before the appointment, backed in on the dock. I sat till 1200 getting unloaded. There may have been extenuating circumstances that caused them to be extremely slow at unloading. All I know is that it would not be my 1st choice to come here to unload, especially if you have another load already booked to pick up on the same day as your unloading appointment because you're probably not going to make your pickup on time and may have to cancel your load going out. Nice people, but I, like most of you, are out here to make money, not sit on a dock all day. If the tires ain't rolling, you ain't making the money. Be forewarned.

Very nice people. But very tight dock for a truck. Especially when more than 4 trucks get there at the same time. In and out fast. But then I only had 4 pallets

To truckers: delivery by appointment only. Unloading was pretty much good, in and out 1and 1/2 hours. They open at 6:00am, first come first serve. You can park overnight at the dock doors or on driveway. I brought onions so I came about 01:00am and parked on the left side of the shipping/receiving door by dock doors (when you look at them) and by that you can actually reserve it. Enough space to maneuver. Last but not least, they charge lumper fee. I was fully loaded, so they charged $90. Also, they accept the EFS or cash.

Visit was great with assistance finding items. Then I stood in check out for a few minutes. A lady came to the register and was as rude as she could be! Just wish she had been nice so the visit would have been pleasurable!

First time in 6 years I've been in and not waited 15 minutes in line! Staff is always great at answering any questions. Manager (john) helped with a minor question instantly and without hesitation!

I just want to say that when I went to Restaurant Depot in Houston, they had different variety of halal products but this place. I want to be honest with you that staff are very nice where they work inside the cold area but cashiers omg. I don’t know why they are so disrespectful. I never saw them smiling to customers. Restaurant Depot needs to fix this problem. Otherwise there is a bas relationship with their customers.

What a terrible experience...worst customer service I have ever seen. Feels like shpping in a third world country!

Bigger selection than any other local restaurant supply store. Prices on the items I checked that are available at Costco or Sam's seem equivalent. Unfortunately you need a Tax ID to shop here, but it does keep the place from overcrowding.

Shopping at Restaurant Depot is always an adventure. No issues with finding anything I wanted today, and there were plenty of cashiers. For people who own restaurants or food trucks or are doing institutional shopping, you will find plenty of savings and useful items here. Watch out for the forklifts!
