PSA: DO NOT BUY HERE, DO *NOT* EVEN THINK ABOUT WORKING HERE! NO PARTS MANAGER AND TERRIBLE BRANCH MANAGEMENT- PERIOD. STAY FAR AND CLEAR FROM THIS HELL HOLE. VERY UNFORTUNATE THAT RUSH IS LOSING THEIR GRAND REPUTATION. UNITED TRUCK CENTER IS A BLOCK DOWN, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AT RUSH!!

Overcharged for something that is not even fixed! I called them before I came, and asked if they have 12’ power/air line, they said that they have it. So I drove to them. It took them about 2hrs to unscrew old line and install the new BUT then they realized they installed 15’ and it was too long, so they said they can fix the old line and put it back. After another 2hrs I had my old line temporarily fixed and they asked to pay more than I would pay for a new line with installation ($250 and 4hrs waiting for nothing) I specifically called and asked for 12’!! What a rip-off!!

Roman Macias for Rush Truck Centers
I bought my 2018 Peterbilt from them brand new. During the test drive I reported what I thought was an alignment issue. When I picked it up, Onyx Ortiz my salesman, said they did an alignment and "it was better, but not fixed" and suggested I keep an eye on it. 3 weeks later I put it in the shop and it was down for 3 1/2 months with a warranty issue they couldn't figure out. They haven't been able to produce proof the alignment was done as claimed by Onyx. They knew about the issue, they didn't do their due diligence to repair the issue before delivering the truck, therefore committed fraud.
