I definitely wouldn’t recommend working here. I have a friend employed here and they’ll cut your hours and say it’s due to winter, yet the store remains open the same amount of hours. Also most of the managers are usually on a power trip. This place is a joke I’d shop Walmart before giving this place a dime.

The app and digital coupons discriminate against people who do not have smart phones and internet capabilities. This is Wyoming and in many locations my flip phone is the only phone that will work. My wife clipped the digital coupons yesterday on her iPhone and today at the checkout two of them weren’t working, and they were both for frozen items prone to melting, so I paid the several dollars more and I am still irritated, and see from the other reviews I am not alone in my disappointment with the direction this store has headed in the past couple of years. Sad.

I would actually like to give the store 0 stars. They constantly are out of everything, the fruit is either really old or rotten, and the customer service stinks. I have been trying to get one item now for 4 weeks and every time to I go to get it they are out. Plus they never give any decent coupons except for Kroger brands. I remember when we had other grocery stores in town Smiths used to be one of the best places to shop. It has quickly became one of the worst.

Carpet cleaner I rented was filthy, filled with hair debris, and mildew. Manager refused to give me a refund or discount. Highly disappointed. Smith’s is responsible for verifying carpet cleaner is clean before renting. The carpet cleaner made my carpet dirtier, before I completely disassembled the cleaner to see it was filth.

My husband and I are visiting my sister and came to your store. Very clean, very nice. However, your employee Parris, who has previously harassed my sister decided to exchange some words with us and say how unfortunate it was that my sister and her husband are reproducing and that she remembers where my sister Jess lives. I don't like being threatened at the place my sister shops on the regular. Either fix her attitude or get rid of her. Kroger doesn't need that kind of representation.

Worst grocery store I've ever dealt with. Customer service is nowhere to be found. They never have anyone to check you out. They have about a dozen self check out kiosks that never work right. And if they did work, they don't pay you for working there, and doing their job by checking yourself out. There stuff is way overpriced as well, so it's not like their keeping their grocery prices down by not paying any cashiers to work there either.

bought a loaf of bread today, Smith's, Riverton, WY, got it home, it was - literally - green. Took it back, they said they couldn't refund money. After clearing it with a manager (!) they said I could get the exact same loaf - I said there weren't any more, and I didn't want old bread anyway - they said too bad. So, no money, no bread.

The local Smith's crew is great. I can't say the same, however, of decisions made by their corporate management company, Kroger. If we're going to be forced to scan and bag our own groceries, we should at least get a discount, but the prices have increased since the self-checkout area was added, and checkout lines of people waiting for a real checker have also increased.
