Less than 1 star. 12:30am appointment. I guess appointments don't mean anything here. Trucks as far as the eye can see in line. Tiny little road with no visibility to get here. Can't even see the guard shack. Reading these reviews looks like I'm screwed and my next pickup is screwed too. Never ever coming back here for nothing. If you're thinking about taking a load here look elsewhere!!!! Horrible.

Appointments didn't matter tonight, fcfs even if you obviously cut in front of the approx 1/2 mile long line. No exaggeration, took 4 hours to get to the gate. Once in it was pretty quick, unloaded an hour and a half, $155 lumper.

Here i am still got here 01:17 its now 07:45 i feel sorry for them as i get to eventually leave but they will still be what they are *&:#÷÷÷#;€

I read the other reviews. But the guard at the gate was friendly. Check in at 01:30 unload at 2:45. Had 30 pallets of paper goods. Cost was 159.00 for lumper . Yes it’s a grocery warehouse it’s like all other grocery warehouse don’t expect to get hugs. When I departed there was a line of trucks to unload.

#1 Do NOT turn on Allen Rd - security guard turned several trucks around - sign says go down 1/2 mile to truck entrance. #2 Wear your safety vest. #3 Too much going on in such a compact space & no amenities for drivers. I got in line at 12:45 for 0100 appt-✔ in at 0233, no joke. Spent about 45 mins at check in window inside cuz my Coca Cola load had several PO #s. Parking is a hot mess. But the staff was really friendly to me. Plus, I'm company driver so I ate that 5 hours detention...

Appointment time for 12:30 am . Come early at 10 a clock stay in ..cking line ... Right now is a 12:34 I still stay in line. Never come back to this company.
