Always a good unload for me the truck entrance is on 12th st they do have overnight parking plenty of room for backing I checked in at 0700 for a 0900 appointment and was put in a door at 07:48 normal 2 hour unload for a full trailer not to bad

Drove there night before and pulled into place. Can overnight park in the 2 right lanes. Check into guard shack after 6am..my appt was 10am and I checked in 9:30. They called me for dock ten min later. Lot of room for backing...set up like Walmart DC..take paperwork to corner of building in office. Get a link for lumper $250 For 16 pallets. Left by 11:50

4 pallets, arrived 7:30 for 8:00 appointment. Got a door by 8:15. 4 pallets. Was in dock for 3.5 hrs, extortion fee $200. Capstone. All automated. It took forever to get paperwork.
Not a fan. Made me miss both of my next appointments, resulting in late fees and rescheduling. Not their problem.

To be honest, the people who have best vibes are the ones who make all of the packages and food go where they belong! The people who work in the offices have the best smiles and the people who work with the trucks get to see an amazing view every morning! This place has MUCH to offer! I've worked there a few times and I have to say the coldest morning bring in the flocks of huddling goose! OH AND DONT FORGET TO ASK ABOUT CHEF ERIC! THE BEST IN THE WORLD!

The guard (Houston) is a very rude person dont know why they have people like that receiving ive would suspend him a long time ago everybody complain about him make good company look bad.......but the warehouse shipping office are very polite and good people A+ on them and the lumper fee is kind of high 154$ for 2 pallet of pineapples is to much

I read the reviews a d i was worried to be stuck in here all day having 3 extra stops. But my experience was 5 stars. We arrived at 4 am. My appt was at 9. But i was abble to park on the roadway. They started calling at 5 am. As my appt was scheduled for 9 am i had to wait. But the guard let check in at 5 . They called me at 9 put in me a door and unload me really fast. The only delay was for the paperwork but there was only one guy for all the trucks. It's 10:30 and i'm out. $207 lumper fee (a little expensive but previously agreed with broker they will pay for it) Thumbs up! 👍👍

Arrived around 8 p.m. the night before a 8 a.m. delivery appointment. Was able to park in the right two lanes of the access road to the guardhouse. Guard knocked on my door at 5:30 a.m. to check me in at around 6:15 he came back to my truck with my door assignment backed in then took the paperwork in to check in was told the price for the lumper which was not too bad a hundred $177 for a full load. Was unloaded and out by my original appointment time. Everyone was very friendly and cooperative. They do offer free coffee to drivers which is located in the break room to the right as you go through the door to the warehouse. Can't say it's always this way but it was this time so five stars.
