Update: The trucks stop building and parking lot have been demolished, so no parking until construction is completed.
The T/A is closed, but the parking lot is still open as of 8/6/2021.
No services like fuel, food showers or bathrooms are available, you’ll have to walk over across the street to Mr. Fuel for that.
Not sure how long the parking lot will be open and also not sure about how safe and secure it is (I had no problems, but was parked during daylight hours).
I assume that they are going to demolish this building, by the signs of the survey markings around the property, but that’s just a guess.
Park while you can.

Went to Ta Walton for shop work few days ago, the girl that is the manager needs to be fired or re trained on customer communication immediately. She screamed across the outside area yelling at the shop workers, treating her so called employees like dogs. Then yelled at a driver right in front of me and a few others waiting because the man didn’t understand his bill apparently she needed to take her daily frustration out on him and others around her. The profanity and disgrace of the other parts counter girl were a clear lack of management, they see the general manager acting that way towards paying customers so it must be ok to do it, WRONG! Never coming back and the other guys that were there waiting as well agreed.
Couldn’t believe the words she used to employees and customers, just disrespectful.

Truckers can not go home for the holidays and like to have a fresh holiday meals but u seem to think that doesn't matter to u but u will charge for parking evan if is all the way in the back of the lot so its about u know not the people who made ta and petro what it is today so think about what that seas about u as a person and a corporation

Very typical crooked truck stop charged 4 dollars for a bean burrito at taco bell got tricked by faded resrrved parking and no signs and forced to psy 18 dollars to park after i was here for 10 hours they put signs out in front of my truck. Cost Ta all my maintenance work iill no longer use them.

You'll need 30 minutes to get in/out of here and a suspension set up after going through the parking lot. The restaurant was closed because of the COVID restrictions and they've got a mandate (from state of KY) for masks.

The shower in Walton TA is the bomb!!!! High water pressure & hot!!! This is a busy location, & the coffee is not the best.
I am not sure what is so different with their coffee compared to the other ta locations but there's a huge difference

Thanksgiving food cooked perfect hats off to chef/cook, but salad bar was lousy as usual waitresses were pleasant and quick to serve

Very disappointing that TA for the most part have turned most of the free parking spots into reserved parking and this is one of those truck stops. They used to like pilot or loves in having a small section for reserved parking. TA is the only truck stop doing so.

Average older truck stop. Parking is limited, so by the end of the day, trucks are squeezed in everywhere. Truckers don't bother finding spots, while they go on break or get food, so expect to wait a little while at the pump. Trucks stack up besides the scale also, making it a little tricky leaving the fuel island, if other trucks beside you.
