I ordered a gas grill on line at 8:30am. They said they had two on line. At 3pm they called me and told me they were out of the one I had ordered. I asked why would you wait all day to call me. I thought they might have been behind in putting it together. They said it’s a COVID thing. I say they need better management and training of their associates. It’s July 3 and I’m still looking for a grill. Thanks a lot Home Depot!

Home depot is a horrible place. I go there all the time because it's convenient and I have no time and where else would I go. This one is no different than any other. Some times you find a helpful person some times you don't. I have had so many issues with online orders delivered to the store. They have no interest in fixing systemic issues in their practices and procedures. But it has everything and the prices are cheap.

Great. There are so many interesting things for the house and other projects. Good source for finding tools and plants. Its fun to come over and see so many goodies and new trends. Recommended for all ages and family visits to get the job done. Staff is helpful.
