Super helpful.
When Kenworth couldn't fix my AC they sent me over to thermoking.
Thermoking couldn't get me in that day but was able to sell me the parts to fix it myself.
From now on, I'll go straight to them for my AC... Or at least the parts (if i can't get in)

Went in to get my bunk heater fix because it wouldn’t come on. Got there right when they open at 0800. Took me in about 2 1/2 hours. Work was done within 2 hours. Got back on the road faster than I expected. Thank you so much! No more freezing nights.

If I had a Thermo King I would say they are top notch, however I don't. I own a Carrier. Unfortunately there is not a Carrier dealership or service center anywhere around Virginia to replace a starter on my reefer unit that just happened to be loaded with chocolate. However, Thermo King had a starter unit. This happened to be on the Saturday so it was an after-hours call. After the $415 after hours call, a $50 shop fee, and a $30 environmental fee, and the governor's cut of $48.52, my total bill came to $1,377.95 ..... For a starter. That's right kids! Thermo King charged me $835.43 for a $200 starter. I'm grateful they had it, but my hell, talk about price gouging.

Very hard working, honest, and respectful people. Came in with apu serviced and espar heater fuel line was loose. In and out $330. No more than 2hr wait.
