I must say they were very caring when I called the day after my family and I had a major car accident. I had to call about removing my things and signing papers for the insurance company to remove my vehicle. The nice lady asked is we were all ok and was very caring and kind. When I told her what happened she understood about having to wait a day for me to go there. When I arrived there the next day. The staff in the office was very helpful and kind to me. They offered to take my plates off for me. And told me to take my time. Wished me well and Merry Christmas. As did I. It made the one of the most traumatic experience I went through a lot easier.

The driver n dispatcher were very rude and didn’t want to tow my car to my house and didn’t even let me grab my stuff out the car then blocked my number when I asked to speak to a supervisor

Truckers!!! Don’t call this business for a road call. They are cheats, dishonest, almost criminal! They waited three months to slip in their inflated invoice on a road call where their tech was incompetent but spent 4 hours looking and couldn’t find anything. Thought it was a serious electrical problem when at Freightliner they found it was just the F10 fuse. Reported to the BBB.
