Absolutely beautiful place, the welcome center has beautiful view of the land below. The restrooms where clean and spacious. Not to mention every building there was elegant and practical. The welcome center has thousands of pamphlets, maps, pictures and two people for information. They even explained the state flag for my daughter and I. The two ladies there need a raise

Best rest stop in Maryland. Picnic tables available - we had a wonderful picnic lunch enjoying the magnificent splendor of the Youghiogheny River Valley and Youghiogheny River Lake. Rest rooms are clean. Vending machines available.

It was a nice rest stop with visitors center. Great views of the hills and river below. There are restrooms and plenty of parking. Wonderful spot to walk and unwind from the long drives ahead!

The two ladies working here were incredibly nice and provided a ton of information to me and my group. The amount of materials they gave us for me simply asking one question might have been too much, but hey, I'm not complaining. The view from the parking lot is really nice, and the facilities are well maintained.

Very good spot with a taste of Maryland. Restrooms are clean. There are plenty of picnic tables under trees. If you have some snacks, save them to that spot and enjoy the view.

One of the best scenic overlooks in Maryland that We’ve found. Bathrooms are spectacular, the sunsets are marvelous & there’s even a cute little welcome center with information and maps of the area. 5 stars 💜
