If you work here, beware, the PAs on night shift have the worst attitudes! The learning ambassadors are sarcastic! I worked at another FC in another city and they were wayyyyy more professional. There's also an HR female that is extremely sarcastic.
The PAs are the worst!!! I avoid them at all cost. I am waiting for a transfer as I type this. You have been warned.

Was told I had an appointment for paperwork and DT only to have to stand in a long line. Was told the process would take 30 minutes but spent 30 minutes in line alone. To put the icing on the cake after being called up to the desk (after a long wait in line) the lady was rude to me and told me to step back. Keep in mind this is after being called up to come up in the first place . I immediately walked out. NOPE!

To all the applicants for "Amazon Fulfillment Center Warehouse Associate" this a PIT facility. You will be working in heights. The application just says you might be working with PIT depending on location. Unfortunately they are never specific with location cause they use the same info for every warehouse even though most of them are different. My entire group that were in the hiring process were also confused cause they thought we were gonna be packing or picking with robots.

Worst Amazon in Houston area. Always issues with these guys. Made 7 if us wait 45 mins because they claim there’s no spot to drop when there’s clearly multiple spots. Had to walk in there and point out the obvious to someone who was higher up and he fixed the issue. Basically did there job for them as they stood around, clueless.
Another time they called and told me to pick up trailer saying its ready. I go and connect and they its still not ready for another 45 minutes. And they ask me why i connected. Horrible communication between warehouse, guard shack, and yard jocks, no other Amazon in houston have I experienced this. Avoid this place if you can

I am appalled at how Amazon has handled my complaint. 2 months ago, I filed a complaint, still no progress. I want to make everyone aware of the fact that if you have someone that works for Amazon, and you don't get along, they have the ability to harass you through their job. Since the harassing started for me and my husband, we have dealt with emails and calls. Spamming. I was able to figure out that it came from Amazon IP. West location, which is, Katy. My husband's packages kept experiencing delays or not showing up. They haven't done a thing to help me figure this out. It's been two months, no update has been done. They aren't taking this seriously. Knowing that their employees, can harass anyone through their packages and servers. They obviously don't care. I'm disgusted, and appalled.

Every time an Amazon order comes out of this distribution center, it goes to Goodyear, AZ instead of Louisiana. They told me I need to change my address in my account so it doesn't happen again. My address is correct in my account. They take no responsibility for it.

They couldn’t find my live unload when I arrived two days early and when they apparently did, I was asked to drop my trailer and was told they would get to it when they could and come back later to check on it. What kind of BS is that. All facilities west of Texas very organized. They even tell you when and where your load or unload will be and at what time or will call you or notify you through the app. Never again will I come to this facility. Usually all Texas and anything east of Texas they are slow and rude. Lazy if you ask me. Nothing like west coast. They are quick and organized. Especially California and Arizona.

This place is a revolving door for employees. Very laborous job and hard to work for this place when most of their shipments come from China. There's always dust and horrible air quality when unloading the trailers. If you're looking to get a workout while you work, this is a great place. The facility itself is very clean and nice. Management talks to you as if you're just a number.

Super fast check-in, and absolutely polite and courtesy people from tom-team at guard shack. A had appt at 9am, came here at 8.30am, at 8.40 i was in the dock. Paperwork at door W06. When you come inside you should call the doorbell If you have leave unload you may park at any empty place across docks. Restrooms and some wending machines are at door W10. For sure it's one of my favorite places at Amazon's network.
Also if you came at this location early there 2 truck stops (Pilot and Love's) around 2 miles from Amazon.

HOU3 Amazon is a great place to be a warehouse associate. Majority of the people including leadership are very patient and respectful while being understanding and helpful.
Pay is competitive, benefits are top-notch and schedule is ideal for having good work/life balance.
