This place goes strictly by appointment time. There’s lots of room but it gets kind of crazy as they call almost all trucks to their assigned doors all at the same time. Unloading is real quick. Best bet is to park at a service plaza and arrive no earlier than 1 hour before appointment

What a mess of trucks every damn where. Bring your patience with you because the buzzer they give you goes off with a dock door number on it and when you get there…there’s still a truck in that dock. Messy operation. Got a dock 1 hour after my appointment time which isn’t too bad. Then you have to wait in the chaos by the dock they assigned you for it to open up. Could be better coordinated is all I’m saying. Plenty of backing room though.

Organized like the other DC's. Plenty of check in parking as well as backing room to the docks. No overnite parking but trucks are lined up out on the street and parked. An air of caution, no parking signs up and down the street and some spots have cones and barqcades. Closest place to park is the Woodrow Wilson rest stop is where I parked for the previous nite.

Two thumps up to this Costco, I had an appointment at 9 am. I arrived at 6:45 am, back up into a dock at 7:53 am and I was out before 9 am. Enough room to back up into docks…
Very simple, as you entering the facility park on the right side, go check in and wait for the device to peep. The device peeps when your door is ready and when unloading is complete, drive to the gate with doors open, handle the BOLs to security and they would give you a POD with BOLs. That’s it!!!!

This is one of the best distribution centers I ever been to. They were on top of there work.
When I arrived I thought it's gonna be for ever because there were at least 100 trucks. But I was shocked, they told me to go to my dock door right away, and they gave me a little device and asked me to follow the info on it.
I did I was unloaded in about 30 minutes, unfortunately the device they gave malfunctioned so I ended up waiting for axtra 30 minutes when security came and told me I am done.
Again this was an amazing experience over al، If it wasn't for that little malfunction.
Hopefully one day all places will start respecting drivers and unload us that quick

Like some drivers said, the gate personnel are very polite, they have a yard to wait but you have to come early, before 0300 witch is the checking time m, at the gate after you able to park into their parking do a line with your appoitment con and bill on the hand. Then They give you a vibrator device to let you know when you go to the unloading docks and what door, fast unloading, big spacious yard to backing. Nice and easy👏👏👍🇨🇴

Great place to deliver to, okay...you'll have to queue up before 0300, but if you're in the first 10 people, you get a door immediately and get unloaded real quick like. Many of the other reviews talk about lack of parking, park on the street...lol, not a problem at all, was pointed to the lot inside, parked and then queued. Awesome place, I would readily go there again.

Appointment only place. They always about 40 minutes to 1 hour behind the schedule. Park on the property only before from 4:00am to 2pm they close. Come check in 15 minutes before appt time or will be turned away. If you fail to come by exact time appointment will be rescheduled for 24hrs. Even when come to loading dock I found out there is another truck being unloading and it took about 1hr after appt time to get to the dock. So wait until pager start to vibrate on parking lot then proceed to you assigned door it means previous truck left. When they finish to unload your truck pager will start to vibrate again, then need to proceed to exit where you get your papers signed. Make sure they give you Costco sticket with BOL, I delivered the load here and they gave signed BOL with stamp but didn't give Costco sticker. Without that sticker broker refuses to pay us for transported load.

Had a 730 am refrigerated delivery and arrived at 1 am( you know logs will only permit me to do at least an 8 in the bunk before moving). The guard says the staging lot is open at 130 am for dry loads and 430 for reefer. I’m screwed... I’m gonna either be late or in violation with this load. Well..... the guard ain’t hearing it, so after going in violation to get back on time. The delivery went super smooth and fast!!! In and out in 1.75 hrs. OHHH AND NO PARKING ON COSTCO ROAD UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY $250.00 a night in rent courtesy of the local police.

Great place to live unload. Guard shack, left lane, park in staging area to right. I wouldn't bother checking in more than 30 minutes before your appointment time, they were telling guys to check in within 15 min of time. Guard shack takes your paperwork, gives you a pager, go back in to door, wait for green light and pager to go off, back to guard shack, they sign bills and your off. Super fast unload. When you get there and see all the trucks you assume it's going to be a nightmare, but they've got it figured out. Everything is handled through the guard shack, no need to check in any other offices.

Pleasant enough place, but really looks like a used car lot. Very large buildings and huge trucks running around. Note that this isn't a retail location, but a regional supply warehouse.

This is a pretty good Warehouse. You pull up to the guard shack hang a right stage your truck. Then you walk up to the guard shack with your paperwork and they will give you an electronic buzzer. You go to your door and it'll buzz when you're empty. Pull up to the guard shack with your doors open for inspection and then you head out Bob's your uncle
