Arrived 2 hours late. Due to my dispatch booking load late and expecting me to drive 985 miles in 20 hours. I was given a door immediately and unloaded in less than 20 minutes. No complaints here!!!

I had a great experience. Checked in 3hrs early and got a door 1hr before appointment. Unload process was quick, from hitting dock till getting BOL back 45min. They do have overnight parking!!

One of the best place for pick up they go by appointment and they have overnight parking too quick get loaded and all employees are good. Quick in and out.

APP: 12PM / Check in: 7:40AM / Out: 1PM
There’s overnight parking but with few spots. So you need plan your trip because there’s no truck stops or rest area close this facility. And be careful parking in Walmart in this area. Sometimes cops asks to leave the property. Friendly crew and fast unloading. Enough room for maneuvers.

Great place to deliver to. Helpful and respectful staff. Easy check in. Lots of room to park in back staging area (for frozen loads anyway, not sure about others). Quick unload. Quiet yard to park in overnight.

Lets just say the yard dog can barely park a trailer on recieving side. Horrible trailer space management. Good luck staging on recieving side. No space for backing!

Horrible place to get unloaded. They only unloaded one truck at a time. App time was 10am didn’t get a door until 12pm. Took another 2 hrs to unloaded. Good luck maybe you might have better luck.

People are nice though. No pressure.

Appointment was for 1am. Made it there at 12:30. Backed into my dock at 12:45, unloaded and received my bills by 2:45. Lumper fee was a lil high @ $260. Overnight parking. Friendly and helpful staff from the guard shack, yard dog, and the people in the shipping/receiving office. No complaints here.

Ok twice here in one week. Here's the real deal. 2 plants on property. #2 and #3. Plant #2 the first one inside guard shack. Sign inside check in office says no overnight parking. Looks a bit tight for backing and not much room. 2 stars...... now plant #3 around back. Super nice people. Overnight parking and decent unload times. 1st time In i was 3 hours late due to delay at shipper. Gave me a door right away unloaded in 2 hours wasn't charged a late fee. 2nd trip in. Showed up at 5 pm for 8 am appt. Next day. They let me check In when i got there. 11pm get a call for a door (9 hours before appt time) unloaded In 1 hour back to overnight parking til morning. Plant #3 gets 5 stars....

Arrived at 00:30 for my 02:30 appointment.
Was given a door at 03:00.
Paid lumper at 08:00.
It’s 10:00 and I’m still waiting on the count.
**If you are a live unload here, make sure you have a detention policy in place with your broker, or build it into your rate.**
On the bright side...there’s overnight parking, and vending machines with sandwiches in them.
Bring change because there’s no change machine.

I got to the security check five minutes to my appointment time and checked in swiftly got to receiving block #3 and the young lady in checked me in and assigned a dock there on the spot. Can't ask any more than that. A really professional and friendly way business is to be handled.
