Driver Showed up a day early to Appointment.
They told him sit tight and they will try to work him in.
When they called him to a door they told him to pay 155$ lumper.
Driver paid it and they gave him a late fee receipt that does not get reimbursed. NOT MANY OTHER COMPANIES THAT WOULD SCREW A DRIVER OVER LIKE THAT.

Good place to deliver load. I was late 15 minutes becouse I was stuck for hours at Sysco mile away for my second drop. Got a door right at the guard and one hour latter I was unloaded and out. I had 4 not big pallets and the Lumper was $90. Expwnseve if I had to pay it from my pocket.. Staging area for about 20 trucks before the guard.

Maybe they upped their game. I was out one hour after appointment time. Fast, efficient, well organized; no lumper. Everyone was friendly. Would definitely deliver here again.
Staging area outside guard shack. Receiving opens promptly at 06:00. Line moves fast.

Say no if you get a dispatch to deliver here, all americold suck... you can always say no. I mean it isnt thay hard to unload a few pallets jeeezes..this place need to go out of business..no room in this country fo incompetent people..

Lumpers Were quick I was in and out in one hour and 20 minutes with a full truckload double stack the check in process though was a little slow. They do go by appointment so don’t bother showing up early. Plenty of parking. Just remember a good attitude goes a long way. Regardless of how things are going

Don’t waste your time coming here earlier than scheduled appointment. Slow unloading and always busy. Expected wait time, 2-3 hours or more.

One of the better companies I've delivered to. The girls that check drivers the late shift are freaking awesome. Did I say Awesome? I wish every company I delivered to had employees like them.. They really went the extra mile to help me out.. Professional Curtious and freaking rock stars... Give those 2 a raise.. Great all around experience...
