The dock supervisor (George Anderson) "Top Knotch" My appointment got misplaced into cyberspace, they were ready to go home. He made some calls, Coordinated things with the warehouse, I was unloaded within 20 minutes! This facility appreciates drivers. Thanks again.

Huge thanks to George Anderson for accommodating me and being polite, professional, and just plain nice! I arrived a day early and was up against my 70. Planned to reset but would have had to wait to deliver (burning hours) deliver and then reset. George received the load and said I can pick up the empty after my reset. Wish more receivers showed this much respect to drivers. Will be a pleasure to deliver here again!

(062722) Wow if every Americold was this efficient drivers would have nothing to complain about! Thought I would run out of hours waiting since I was to be a work in!!! But Kawa stepped in.. There's an empty in door 18 grab it and drop your loaded one in 17... Thank you Sir Off to the wash bay I go with hours to burn.. 5 Stars from me. Be Blessed 🙌

Was in and out in 2 hrs fastest Americold I’ve been in for frozen Chicken!!! Then again it was New Year’s Eve and I was the only professional with stones to pick it up that afternoon with the weather being so badd!! Easy peasy place to navigate through

The employees I encountered were nice. But, no overnight parking and I had to return three times after scaling my load for California to be re-worked. The actual loading took about one hour (each time).
