Costco Wholesale

We shopped at Costco Optical. The girl who helped us was friendly and knowledgeable. She made choosing new frames fun! The prices were very reasonable too.

My favorite warehouse club! A great variety of items. Many organic and gluten-free products. Produce is always fresh and lasts long. Bakery items are fantastic! Employees are very helpful and friendly. Pharmacy prices on prescriptions without insurance are lower than elsewhere. Great selection of quality clothing; many are name brands. Food court is very affordable. Gas prices are often the lowest in town.

Costco offers a wide variety of items l want and need. The store is large enough to allow social distancing which is a nice benefit.

Parking lot can be a little hard to get in and out of.

Whats not to like, it's Costco!!

Receivers were friendly, quick and efficient. Always love delivering to Costco as their employees are always the best of the best!

I love the selection at Costco. I love shopping there. With that said, I know you “require” shoppers to wear masks which I greatly appreciate. I questioned administrative staff why when I was shopping in Sioux Falls did I see a woman with a baby and she had no mask on in the store. I was told they try to enforce it best they can but they can’t refuse people. Why not? To me, once you show this weakness, a lot more people will take advantage of it. You are one of the only companies holding strong and doing the right thing. Don’t cave now! I should have the right to shop safely just as they do. If they choose to be unsafe, they should not be permitted in the store.

Costco is providing excellent safeguards from exposure to coronovirus. Was able to shop for what was on our list, people were respectful, clerks friendly and helpful. Appreciated the necessary limitations on some items that promotes sharing.

The membership pays itself with the discounts. Especially with their prices on milk, gas and clothing. Only issues... they heard you like cattle at the checkout and they don't have enough kart returns in the parking lot.

Costco is awesome and the workers were wonderful and kind at helping us to find what we needed and was very patient at closing time. They helped us finish shopping instead of rushing us out of there. So nice! Love Costco!

Great store and awesome customer service. Always finding things I probably don't need but take them home anyways. Have a great selection as always of prepared foods and fresh meat. Also gas prices are some of the lowest in town.

Love Costco but not a fan of how difficult it is to downgrade membership. Could not do it online, could not do it over the phone with credit card, my husband is listed as primary card holder so at the customer service counter could not do it without his permission so had to call him. Mind you, when I upgraded for a trial as a promotion I did not have to get his permission. I just think they make it way too difficult and it was extremely annoying. Other than that I love shopping at Costco and wish there was one closer so I could go more often

Love this place!!! Lots of amazing snacks and meats! Love the salmon which is perfect for grilling. If your ever hungry just swing into Costco and pick up some granola bars or something! Also love the Japanese ice cream because it is very unique! Highly recommend!

I'm a big fan of Costco and the Kirkland is brand. I feel like they put in a lot of research into there brand products so they end up being as good or better quality as the name brands at a much lower price. I feel like they really excel at electronics, home and kitchen supplies, meat, and frozen food. The meat selection is always top notch and is great to use half and freeze the rest. The fresh vegetables are hit or miss. Some are good but you have to pick through a few packages to find them. I find more than not, I end up throwing away lots of vegetables because you get so many. In the end, they are still sometimes the best deal to buy compared to other places even if you throw out half because they're so cheap. The employees and customer service here are the best and is where they really set themselves apart from the competition. Everyone is always friendly and they recognize you from previous visits. The return policy is to do whatever they have to in order to make you happy. Some people take advantage of this but for the rest of us, it's nice to know it's there when you need it.
