They just have unprofessional reception at the checking office. That is realy the worst for the drivrs. They don't even have respect for truck drivers & they will tray to show their power by put u on yard. In jeneral Americold must follow their associates how they doing their job.

This place is terrible to deliver to the people that work there are lazy then they get a bad additude with you when you ask wat the problem is one hand dosent know wat the other hand is doing in this place its bad here raise your rates and clarify your down time before you load 16 hours on the bull pen and a lost load

Great place to deliver. They have lots of room to maneuver. Overnight parking. Very fast despite some reviews. Took me early. Everyone was so nice. Taco truck comes at lunchtime 🌮🌮🌮

Great place. A little tricky with navigation and construction but even if you back track from north to south i-35 and west again through north down town you can get here! Overnight parking, friendly staff and if they can accommodate you they will let you check in early. Also bathrooms available upstairs. Don’t take a bath in they’re sinks rookies and steering wheel holders. It is apparent by the signs posted all over that some non-professional truckers have really disrespected the bathrooms and also the staff with abusive language and behavior. Cmon guys...quit crapping on shippers (Some do deserve proper reviews but not this place.) Your giving professionals a bad name. This is trucking 9/10 times something is not going to go our way. If you can’t deal with it find another profession.

Looks like a great company too work for only major down stream is STEVE!! Bald headed A$$hole is a F!ck tard had a interview class for a position in the company he gave us a tour and gave us a paper SAYING we had within 9:00am next day too let him know we were interested. Called him and left a voicemail and what do you know I didn’t get the position due to me leaving a proper voicemail saying I wanted the job but just because he didn’t answer the phone and spoke with me he didn’t accept me. All I have to say is hope his wife cheats on him and hope he dies from a stroke

1 star because it doesn't go any lower.Checked in at 0330. My appointment was 0400. 12 hrs later and still not in a door. Very rude weekend employees working the shipping office. Check this one off my list to ever come back too. Worse place I've been to for years now. Update...Well still not loaded over here and I will have been here now almost 34hrs and these people have no clue as to when I'll be getting my load on me.........

I checked in for delivery at 11 pm for a 1 am appointment. 44,000 lbs of frozen jalapeno poppers off the trailer in 35 minutes bills in hand signed out the gate. It took me longer to dolly down unhook trailer and walk inside than it did to unload. Excellent place plenty of room to maneuver.
