My truck was sitting there almost 2 months and we explain them everything and then every time we call to check an update they say what's wrong with your truck. Can you give us more information and we're explain again. Same thing this place worst place. I have seen my entire life

Very courteous. Professional. Understanding and Accommodating. Despite being very busy, they took the time to assess the problem while my guys were under a load. They diagnosed but did not have the part in stock. We were able to pick up the part on the road and at the next stop found a mechanic to make the repair. Due to their correct diagnosis, this was a very smooth process. Thank you for taking care of my guys.

Friends please believe me ! If there is a plan B go there !~ DO NOT USE THIS PLACE its toe worst service i had to deal with for 14 years in business and I'm MN based I used them twice ,first time i didn't think someone can be so unprofessional and horrible ,second time I was naive enough to give him a second chance ! long story short they don't have people who knows what they are doing ,you bring them the truck they just go on and try everything they know to try fixing it and charge you every hour for they're assumptions . I brought a truck to them 1.5 month ago , month later after when I been calling them everyday to see if the truck is ready they said ok you can come pick it up , came there ,drove 1 mile and truck just stopped with the same issue just like it was when i brought it there month ago ,guess how much I paid the first time ? $2700.00 Called them they were like sorry sorry ,bring it back we will fix it ,brought it back since I had no choice (though they would fix they're mistake and not charge me anything extra atleast ) 2 weeks later which is today 4/20/22 ,they called and said pick it up it's ready , guess how much are they charging me this time to fix they're own mistake ? Another almost $1500 .00 ,at this point i don't know if truck is working but want you to know , please avoid this place ,horrible , no professionals what so ever . Just horrible unprofessional dealer .

Worst place ever. Brought my in August and finally picking it up March 2. They told me 2 times my truck was ready picked , never even made it out of the parking lot. Now I'm picking it up and my battery's dead and apparently everyone's out to lunch and can't start my truck I just spent 4500 to fix.

The main reason I brought my truck into this dealership was trailer Wobble in order to see you gotta have the trailer and drive 65-70mph guess what they tested only bobtail drove 3.5miles and 24 point inspection $515 right there and then quote for bad alternator front bearings coolant and exhaust loose parts $662 labor $2776 $120 shop supplies plus uncle sam $3500 🤬🤬🤬🤬ended up paying $515 for the 24 point inspection see no more my truck only buy parts from them that's it

Incompetent, unprofessional, dishonest and frankly the worst customer service I have experienced in a long long while. We have spent over 20K at the dealership (new rebuilt motor and variety of parts). We brought our Bus with a low coolant light issue that wasn't shutting off even though coolant level was correct (minor issue but couldn't resolve it without professional scanner tool only dealer has), plus another unrelated issue to be fixed. We perform certain mechanical repair in house and unplugged the sensor ahead of dropping the vehicle off. Received a call with an estimate and so forth, accepted it and had them fix both issues. First they charged my card 600$ more than the estimate was originally, claiming the repair ended up being more complex than originally thought. No call no specifics. Very unprofessional, but ok. We brought the bus back to the shop, opened the hood to check the repairs and found coolant sensor plug completely cut off!!! Wow!! I called them right the way.. guy on the phone tried to play down the notion of complete, despicable act of neglect and said there was no reason for them to do such thing. Assured me it will be taken care of. We brought the bus back to service. I received a call coupled days later with an estimate to fix the plug... I was in disbelief. I refused to pay for it obviously and after minutes of back and forth decided to pay for the new plug only.. I wish I remember his name so I could insert it here for the management to see but I don't think it would be hard to find out, but honestly at that point I just wanted my vehicle back and deal with these people. I was sicken by what they did and how they handled it, at one point trying to push a narrative that we did it.. What a horrendous experience, unpleasant employees and despiteful work ethics. I hope I never have to go back! Stay away!

If you can take your vehicle ANYWHERE else, you really should. These people do not understand customer service and will not own up to their mistakes. Your cash is all they're after, your potential return visit means nothing. My problem was misdiagnosed (verified by third party) and charged several thousand dollars. When the problem returned, they charged thousands more to fix it again. Never have I had such a bad (and costly) mechanic experience in my life, and never again.

Awful company. Do not give them a credit card. They keep charging me. They don' t call you back to explain why they feel they can keep charging my card. Will now have to dispute the charges. Go anywhere but here to rent a truck. Thieves
