STAY AWAY! If I could give this establishment 0 stars I would. I wouldn't be surprised if these poor employee's have/ had COVID and are still forced to work. I saw some employee's that looked gravely ill but were carrying on with their work. I'm so sorry to them if they do have COVID because if they are suffering like I did then please reconsider shopping here. I am canceling my membership.

I just found out that BJ.s will no longer carry My Pillow products because of Politics. Walmart and Sams is doing the same thing. They just lost my business. I will strongly recommend that all my friends will boycott them too

Would give it zero stars if I could. Horrible and getting worse with every visit. I will not be renewing and I’ll be calling customer service on Monday to see if I can get a refund on the four months left on my membership. Even if I don’t get my money back for my membership, I am still done shopping there. There are not enough words in the English language to describe my three most recent trips there. Done and Done!

Came in to purchase an item that was on sale. Seems like the sign had been taken down prematurely and the price increased, however, Sheri (Manager) was kind and helpful enough to review the sale and adjust the price to honor the discount. Natalie was awesome and helped with the checkout. This is what really customer service is about. Thank you Both!! 😊

A lot of items to shop for. Ranging from produce, meats, milk, some prepared foods, housewares, personal items, clothes and more. We have 2 wholesale club memberships and we liked the prepared foods and bake goods at the other club. But some of the items we buy here aren’t at the other club. There’s lots of free parking and a member gas station is across the store. And the staff there are really nice especially the service counter. (Marilyn)

I had such a wonderful experience while self checking out at BJ’s today. The customer service associate, Rosa, went out of her way to help assist me throughout the entire process and even went as far as hunting down a coupon book for me to ensure I saved as much as possible. She made the entire process wonderful with such a sweet personality and a smile on her face! Thank you Rosa, I look forward to seeing you in the future!

I like BJ's bit this is the one closest to me. They carry a lot of the products that we use in our house. They also carry the water we like to drink. The only thing I wish is that there was a BJ's in the Naples area (wink, wink).

After driving 15 miles to sign up for a free 3 month trial membership I was told I would have to pay 25 dollars for a membership. What a scam. Several years ago I had a free 3 month membership. That was still in their system. They said I was a past member so I did not qualify. The first free membership was not renewed since we saw rotted meat and kids eating fruits in the fruit department. Along with roaches in the meat department. After years we decided to give it another try. No wonder the memberships are only 25 dollars. We will not return.
