It is a Grocery Warehouse for Food Lion So that means you best be prepared to spend upwards of 6 hours or more to get unloaded I had 564 peices of paper products I was on time for my appointment and it still took 6 hours and the lumper service charged $240.00 to unload it. Thank God I don't do grocery Warehouse loads very often.

Had a scheduled delivery at 6:30AM to Food Lion Mualdin, checked in a 5:45AM. Immediately they advised the offloading process will take all day due to having a lot of pallets. However, I was loaded in 30 minutes. Once I got back into the truck I informed my dispatch and called the receiver to double check if possibly i was misinformed. Not even 45 seconds into my call, the lady hangs up on me because she didn’t have an an explanation. Very rude, unprofessional, and unpolite receiver. They do not care about your time. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

The truck entrance may be different depending on what you are delivering. If you have a frozen load, the entrance is by “Tucker Materials.”

Got here at 5am, appt. Was for 12, did not get a door till 11.30, 2pm and still getting unloaded, you can park here, but don't count on getting out too soon, so far the worst c+s I have gone too. Strickly appt time to get a door, so don't believe if they say got in and out.

First off I saw the bad reviews and was a little concerned. So I prayed to God for a smooth delivery. It went very well got there early and was taken within in 15 mins and was out of there before my proposed delivery time. The people were very friendly and helpful. PRAISE GOD!!!!
