TOO SLOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Avoid this fu…g place! They deserved 0 stars. Started unloading only after 4.5 hours my scheduled appointment time. Total spent 7 hours to make delivery there. Better cancel your load to there or you are going to lose your next load.

Monday 09 May 22...... appointment time was at 8:30 arrive at 8:15 given map and instructions by guard follow map to staging area..... yard jockey will pull up and give you your door assignment once you get your door assignment disconnect Airlines and lower landing gear, once unloaded yard jockey will notify you.... DB

No on site parking; there are 2 truck stops on the same street (Sheets is nice but limited). Make sure you chalk your wheels or you will not get unloaded. I forgot to do it and sat in the dock for 2hrs wondering why all these trucks kept coming in after me an getting unloaded before me. Yard jockey didn’t say nothing. 🤦🏾‍♂️That on me tho. It’s cool other then that.

Over all not a bad place. Easy backing. It does take a little while to get unloaded though..

It sucks, I've been here for 3 1/2hrs and still not done!

If I could give less I would. My appointment time was 11pm I checked in at 10:30pm it's now 3am and I still haven't been unloaded. What makes it even more pathetic is the fact that I only have 2 pallets for them. This is the last time my company will deliver here. Almost 6 hours for 2 pallets. Something needs to be done to stop the BS

If your delivering its one of the best places I've gone to in the Tri state. Pa.Md.Nj. I run delivery trucks of all size. Easy check in. The Jockeys come an give ya door an tell ya when you can hit the road. Great group of people.

My appointment is 0030 am. I arrived at 1300pm. They told me to come back at 2200pm. I came back at 2300. The guard checked me in and ask me to go to the staging area. At 0058. The foreman knocked door nicely. I appreciate that. He told me all the details. At 0300, the foreman told me I am good to go. Everything is not too bad considering this is an UNFI distribution center. NO OVERNIGHT PARKING. 4 out of 5.

Reed previous survey few days a go i book the load and cancel it after I reed all google review 😁 by the way after 2 weeks later I book the load for same place I decide to take it !!!!! Once I arrive I recognize the place I being deliver it 3 yrs a go !!!!! I remember Over all guys follow the role b on time you will b ok place like all other busy places !!! B patience if you stay extra 1h or 2 that’s fine some guys finish and go earlier some stay depends you’re luck 🤣 Only negative is parking place .5 ml a way they charged to much $10 for 6 hours 24h $25 Idiot if you guys have no house to drive stop 7 ml a way rest area good place to sleep free of charges any way you can use 10 min personal 😁 Stay calm and B safe ! Viva La USA🇺🇸

Whole company is a big mess! Most disorganized plece I ever seen in 7 years!! First of all the have 2 truck entrances and no signs which one you should take. Seconds their employees at check in should be trained to be more informative to tell you where you can U-turn or what to do after check in and check out. When they get you door, They better to take your phone # and make life easier to everyone so I can live to restroom and less things to worry about. Will not tell you that they taking you truck plate # and you no need to look for Shipping Office here and wait for guy on the spotter to come to you truck and give you door #. They also will not tell you where exact Shipping Office building. It's by the exit gate on the left side by the trailer-home. (one gate used for Truck Entrance and the other one as Truck Exit).Park on the dirt lot and pick up paperwork. Also after picking up your paperwork you need to bypass the exit gate on right road. They should print many and give you property map and explain where everything is located and give you printed instruction on loading or unloading process. Also it takes about 40-50 minutes just to check out at Transportation Office as they put in line all together drivers picking up or delivering. If you loaded here the seal will be in the back of trailer and security has to put it on.

Unbelievable. Appt. was for 1900. I checked in at 16:30. Was given a door at 18:50, they finished unloading at like 17:30. Got my paperwork at 19:40. After reading all the negative reviews I was devastated because I had a pick up at 21:30 40 miles away. I even thought about canceling that load. I had a full trailer dry load of canned beans. All same product. No need to break down pallets or restack. So I guess it all really depends on what you’re bringing

Please all driver and dispatcher think 1000 times before you book the load (pick up or delivery here,unless you would like to spend all day here 👎👎👎🚫🚫🚫🚫❌❌❌❌❌

Must have been my lucky day! Appt @1800, got there at 1723, docked @ 1813, started unloading @ 1830, (dry van, 8 pallets) finished unloading @ 1850, parked truck back in staging area, was getting nervous because of what the reviews were saying about paperwork delay, paperwork was Ready! Out at 1915. I did see a few refer drivers still waiting when I had to walk back to the lumper office. Don’t want to praise them too much because I just might get “stuck like Chuck” the next time.🙃

Thanks for all the reviews. I Decided to cancel a load after reading all the reviews. I hope everyone does what I did.

Don’t arrive before two hours before you pu/del Time , if you do they will ask you to leave and Come back.well I had appt time for 23:00 arrived at 21:50 was out by 00:15. Call it what you want that was good.
