I went to the pharmacy today and a woman named Dana was there to “help” but instead of helping she was completely rude, unprofessional and acted entitled. I couldn’t believe the disrespect she showed me as a customer. I had my small son with me and was just in disbelief of the words that came out of her mouth in front of him. She should be fired and at the very least sent back for training on customer service. I did nothing to deserve her words of hate. If she’s miserable and hates her life she should reevaluate her actions not take it out on customers. Never coming back to use this pharmacy if she’s there. Ever. Dana it’s unfortunate you weren’t raised right.

Usually, great service. However, am getting the runaround on a refill. They said "not due" when I went to pick it up, " you got 90 tabs on 7/1". Well TODAY is day 90! Then when I called to complain, they claim that they sent request on 9/24 and have not heard back. They never notified me. Guess I will drive to Mexico to refill my prescriptions from now on.

I’ve never had an issue with the Pharmacy. My medication is always ready when it is supposed to be. Refilling process is easy as well. Staff always friendly as well.
