I would like to give 0 stars, but that isn't an option. The room was unsanitary. Their was garbage under the bed; including a used flosser and a used baby bottle nipple. Stains on the bedding. We left after one night, scheduled for a 3 night stay. It was absolutely disgusting-i don't think they cleaned the rooms at all. The garbage in the ice room wasn't taken out from our arrival to our departure.

We have been coming here on and off for probably 7 years. The owner is down to earth and a nice guy. But in these 7 years we have not noticed any improvements except new toilets. The area here is beautiful and this could be a gold mine with Sight and Sound right across the street. We want him and his family to do well so I will not be specific in what really needs improvements and updates. We will come back one more time and see. It would be great to place seating in the front of the motel on 897 to watch the Amish drive by like Bird in Hand Inn does.

This place is honestly gross. Rooms smell super musty. I should of read the reviews on this place first. Honestly I'm so shocked this owner is keeping this place running with the way he's arguing with people on their reviews. Accept some responsibility. Something tells me the customer can't always be the one in the wrong.

I have some issues at the first night but then staff members were very helpful and make their best to make me feel comfortable and satisfied, I would give them a 5 stars now for the room that they give me, clean sheets, bathroom clean carpets clean, the area is safety,very centralized near everything. Would stay again in this same room.

I've stayed here over the years and it has never been a fancy place to stay but, this trip it has no redeeming qualities at all. If you just want a bed that's lumpy and old and a shower that does have hot water you're good to go. Other than that don't expect anything else with chipping paint no ice no coffee it's old and very run down. We will not stay there again.

Quaint, perhaps a little "worn down" which I didn't mind. They could still choose to charge more, given the location, yet they are fair. The owners place value on making sure guests have a peaceful, private stay.

Bed bugs . Checked into room 9 and 10. Place didn’t look too great so we checked for bed bugs and found numerous dead ones around head of bed. We reported it to owner and his wife and left immediately and showed them dead ones we found. We were refunded but wife was angry with us and yelling things in her native language about us. Instead of apologizing she was angry at us. Bed bugs stay away.

Very nice 👍 place right across the road from Sight and Sound Theater. We had a nice clean room and it was reasonably priced. I would definitely stay here again.
