Came in with a engine code going into derate in 3 hours they refused to pull the codes and wouldnt look at it for 3 days. I left and went to Cummins .5 miles up the road they diagnosed and fixed the sensor in 2 hours and I was back on the road. This dealer is slow and messed with people's mo ey dont go here.

Came in this establishment and handed a list to Service of the things needing fixed. Not one thing on the list was completely fixed. Had a service tech over the phone tell me I better pick up a rental car "mind you before they saw the truck" and tell me to go home they would call me in a week to ten days. Bring in your truck on a Friday. Your truck won't be seen till Tuesday. When checking the port for the Green Pig Tail there is an adapter every shop should have to tell said shop if every connector is working! Prior to jamming on a new pig tail Peterbuilt Birmingham, try testing the wiring to the port! Avoid this shop specifically at all costs! If you don't follow the orders of the "let test drive a truck, but really I left for an hour in my personal vehicle" night service manager. This night service manager threw the parts guy under the bus covering for him with customers waiting. I was told by the Day Time Service Manager I was a liar, my wife was a liar, my cousin is liar for saying he left us and two other drivers waiting on his return! His exact line to my wife and I at least "Just stop your lying right there!" How about you get a grip on things in your shop and take care of people's trucks! If you want your truck fixed right! And you want a dealer to test and run diagnostics on the truck..... PLAIN AND SIMPLE DONT COME HERE! NO COMMUNICATION WHATSOEVER!
