I’m a driver at Melton Truck Lines in Tulsa, and am blown away with DiVan’s (Premier’s Dedicated Mechanic allocated to Melton, Tulsa) troubleshooting skills and tenacity with intermittent, sensor, electrical or electronic issues with our Cascadias. First time was an issue with the radiator coolant warning messages, and he quickly found a worn out sensor connector issue and fixed it to where it was gone for good! Wow! Then I told him about a brake pressure warning intermittent alarm that would come and go. He, humbly and in a dedicated fashion began troubleshooting and spent the better part of a day replacing the air solenoid by the brake pedal (very difficult and PITA replacement BTW) and the problem was fixed once and for good! Next odd issue I had in the road was all my smart sensors, ABS, adaptive cruise, side collision detection and traction control would all light up amber intermittently, either when hit bumps on the roads or bad weather so I told him about it with not much hope in the matter. Last picture I had of him was with a creeper smiling with an unassuming smile while telling me… “This is going to be a really tough one…”as he slid under the truck tracing wires! If I’ll be darn this guy Divan, later in the day as I saw my truck as parked and DONE, told me he was pretty confident he found the problem with the wiring somewhere close the the brakes in the drives area. Guess what, he was absolutely on point, haven’t had the problem since. Divan has nothing but amazement coming from me at his troubleshooting skills coupled with his gentle unassuming personality yet has an unrelenting perspicacity of identifying and fixing challenging problems. Divan ROCKS!

People are nice but the skills of communication with the customer and fixing the root cause of the problem are lacking. Because of short staffing are the root causes of the problem they tend to put a bandage on the problem because of trying to get caught up. We have had to go elsewhere because we had to repair their repair! We feel this shop could be a great shop but the management of premier group in general (not just this shop) seems to set their employees up for to where they can not be as successful as they can be. As a small tulsa business we have had to take our business elsewhere for quality and convenience of service. This tulsa group could get more money with future sales and services with better quality of communication and service skills.

CROOKS!!!!! Quoted $391.00 for a seat for an M2, went to pick it up was charged $917.00. Needless to say I didn't take it. Long history of deceitful practices from the service department, now parts is involved also. Switching entire fleet to Kenworth or Peterbilt. Too bad I can't leave a zero star review.

Omg this is absolutely THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL FREIGHTLINER SHOP IN AMERICA... SAT since 7am for a bad sensor that they charged 1400$ for... Asked for a chasy greasing cause my 5th wheel needed greased and they wouldn't just do that, and I need a part of a ground affect they put on REMOVED.. No problem they said .. 7 hrs later .. mind you it was just replacing a sensor and they did no greasing or removed that ground affect as they assured me they would ... ..

After paying $3300 for a radiator and some new hoses that wasn’t even installed.. at a FREIGHTLINER DEALERSHIP.. let me send this to corporate cause obviously The Tulsa operations are not educated on how to install a radiator.. and they lied about everything checked Eld truck never moved for test drive and hoses were never changed .. ran up a fake labor bill it’s insane.

By far the best Freightliner dealership I've ever been to. First-time that I purchased a used truck from this dealership and my experience was outstanding. Trevor was my sales person and I had a great customer service. It was easy to arrange the date and time to process the purchase and I am very happy with the truck I bought. Everything went smooth and I had no issues whatsoever. I highly recommend this dealership for your business.

Pleasant to work with. Jonas, in service department, was very professional and polite, kept me informed of everything they were doing and checking out on my truck. Mechanics were professional and clean, first time after a repair shop visit that I didn't find grease and grime on my seat, steering wheel or gear shift. Nice facility and clean. Great drivers lounge, a bit chilly though. 👍👍

I was having engine trouble and I stopped in there for repairs. It's a great place,the staff went out of their way to help me.
