For the first time in my life, they were fairly quick.

Thank gosh there was a Peterbilt dealership nearby when my truck broke and the wonderful tow truck driver brought me there and he backed it up like a champ my truck and trailer all in one I went in gave the Peterbilt guys my keys and they said all right we'll take care of it so I really appreciate that and the place was really clean and nice they let you bring your puppy inside and everything thanks guys

Bought a reman cylinder head from them for 6,000.00 dollars. Head is cracked allowing compression gas into the fuel system, after numerous phone calls by the owner they finally agreed to replace the head, but now we get to do 30 hours of labor and more downtime because Paccar has no quality control on their reman parts. Every procedure in the service manual and torque specs were followed verbatim, they want to force you to bring it to them, so when they do it they can make a story up and charge you twice. No one in this country does the right thing anymore, just another example of what this place has become, it's all about the bottom line.

Nothing against the company itself since ive never used any of their services. But their drivers need to be safer on the road. I was driving back from Shady Cove on 6/17/2020 at around 4:30pm when truck number 25 merged unsafely into me and i had to pull over into line on the right. The passing lane line was gone and still he was trying to pass me. Like i said nothing against the company just your drivers are unsafe.

Office staff is very unprofessional, they will give you an appointment time however when you arrive they do not care. If you have a serious problem with your truck or reefer do not bring a here, their fixes are only temporary and they will waste your entire day and you will still be dealing with your problems.

Saved the day

Brought a company truck in to get the front brakes done. Called before driving truck across the valley to them to verify that they had parts available. Jerry said "it wouldn't be a problem, we work on these all the time". Calls me back to inform me that the parts aren't available, it'll be 5-7 days to get them in. I am then informed that the rotors are warped and grooved, and will also need replaced, bringing my total (for a front brake job) to $1,175. I pick my vehicle up, go to Oregon Light Truck and RV. They were booked out, but they inspected my vehicle and inform me that the rotors are not warped, nor are they grooved. They sell me the parts for $132, and we're doing the job in house. Final thoughts: These guys are con artists and a total rip-off. Go to them if you don't really care how much money you're spending, or if you just genuinely enjoy getting lied to and bent over. ***UPDATE*** A gentleman named Vernon called me to follow up on my experience. He was nothing short of nice and pleasant. I felt good about the level of care that he expressed and genuinely believe him when he says that he will investigate the issue. Thanks for the follow up call Vernon. If I ever decide to give DSU another chance at my business, it will ONLY be because of you.
