Easy Access off 55 s x290 Turn right S Blue Island Ave TL on s western Ave on left TL into drive,Office on left.A little tight backing.In 0822am in Door 0833.

Overall a good experience! I had a 4pm appointment, and got a call for a door at 345pm. There was an issue with the door cause another truck was in it, but the warehouse supervisor got it squared away. Can be tight backing depending on if trucks are on the curb but it’s doable. Everyone is nice for the most part.

This place is a freaking nightmare...better have skills to dock .. had a 7 am appt. Then they said I didn't have one then after a few hrs they said oops you did have one. That will be 140 dollar late fee... Wild horses could not get me to deliver here ever again!!! No parking anywhere.. just like a circus.. right in the middle of downtown Chicago Illinois.. horrible!!!!

In and out, it's congested,you may have to move around a bit and ask others to move to get set up. The highlight is a reciever lady named Charisma, she is so sweet to the driver's. I give her 10 stars, very professional and and always in a positive mood towards drivers. Thank you Charisma, I look forward to coming back here again. Appoint at 0930, was unloaded and gone before my appointment time. Thank you!!!!!

This is for Lincoln Cold. Supposedly opens at 4AM. 6 drivers standing out there waiting and knocking on the door. Employees start showing up between 4:15 and 4:25. Boss shows up at 4:25. Drivers parked at doors the night before get unloaded first even though they weren’t out side with us checking in. Parking on the street and very little room to back in. Nice of those guys to show up to work when they supposedly opened. I guess if you want to be unloaded first then show up the night before and back up to any open door and check in when they decided to show up for work.

Got there late because the load came out late, but I called and let them know why. As a result, they still unloaded me. Getting into the dock can be difficult because of street traffic, just have to be patient.
