What a great grocery story, clean wide isles, great selection, helpful employees. Always try to get there for my dairy free cream cheese and sour cream. Only wish they had dairy free whipped tub topping.

Customer service fumbled! Waited for over 5 minutes for chicken only to be turned away. #32 I frequent this store 2 - 3 times weekly. This day when ordering my usual fried chicken wings, the attendant informs, I need special order. Since when? I visit every Friday. The deli manager backed the story (even though the chicken was readily available), she explained I could WAIT ADDITIONAL 15 minutes for more chicken to fry. To be clear: A patron who frequents this store weekly for the same item, which is available, cannot select what is available, yet has to wait 15 additional minutes for item to fry? Thanks for wasted time and fuel.

They shorted me 60 pills prior because they didn’t have enough to fill my prescription for seizure medication. I dealt with it, just knowing I would need to be back sooner than I normally am with other pharmacies I had used that never had this issue. They were much closer so this is why I changed to this pharmacy. Then come time to refill, and I get told it will be ready the next day. I go two days later to pick it up, to then be told that in fact it wasn’t ready now. They didn’t get my prescription order filled as planned. They ask if I have enough to get me through the weekend, which I didn’t. They come back and say we can give you 4 days worth for just under $10. I let them know on GoodRx (which if you Haven’t used this it is a must because it saves me so much money) for 90-days (the amount I was told would be here) it is $30. They give me the shoulder shrug like too bad so sad. I ask for my prescription back, they say no since they already filled it I cant get it back. When I went to cvs for years to get my seizure meds, If they ever couldn’t get me my meds by the time stated (which happened only one time over years), they gave me enough to get me through and deducted the count from my prescription. They wouldn’t charge me individually for each pill and did everything they could to help because if I don’t have my meds I can have a seizure. I did my part, they understood this so fixed the problem like they should have. I gave this frys a chance due to convenience, but now having two bad experiences I am done. I don’t know about the other frys, but this one on Pecos and Higley has done nothing but let me down.

Brought my service animal in on 5/15 at 8:30 PM as I have been coming to this location for 8 years and was approached by an older man with curly hair and I told him he was a service animal and he questioned “which services he provides for my disabilities?” That is against the ADA and is so disrespectful and unprofessional of an employee. When I told him he can not ask me that and that he could get in a lot of trouble for this he spoke “Well I’m here till 10” with attitude. So disrespectful. Just because one does not have a very clear disability does not give the ok to question someone.

Very helpful! The clerk even walked me and my aunt over to the cottage cheese section. Plus, our cashier was wonderful, fun, and courteous.
