My disabled cousin has an obsession with big rigs so I went out on a limb to go in and ask around to see if we could get a personal tour of inside of a big truck. Crystal stopped what she was doing and gave us a tour, my cousin was so happy. She completely made his day. We are all so grateful for her kindness that day!

What can I say Matt is the best salesman in all of Kansas possibly all the Midwest. I flew in at 9:30 that didn't stop him from coming out giving me the keys giving me a crash Course on the how to's in what not's and I was gone thanks again Matt my boss is definitely buying more trucks Especially when I showed him I was getting 10.2 MPG in some areas. Got the truck with 528 miles 7 days later just look at the pics 3700 miles not one problem thanks Matt you're the best And so is Peterbilt I love this MX13.

Had part I needed and very reasonable cost. But screwed my buddy over on parts cost and labor.

Now this is a facility!!! Lots of stuff that you may want. Had what I needed👍👍They are not hurting for business. Not sure how good the shop is so I can not comment. Lots of parts. Helpful parts people. Will return if in the area and need something.

I see lots of good reviews, maybe the pandemic has caused all the confusion I have experienced. Called and asked if they could get my truck in for a code on the exhaust cleaner pre sensor and some body work. Was told to bring it in no appointment needed they were not that busy. Took the truck and trailer in on the 16th. Talked to shop again, trailer body shop and truck body shop. Filled out all the paperwork, they said they would get right on it. On the 23rd I get a call asking if I was going to drop off the trailer from Miguel. I called back and told him it was on their lot. He said he would call back with an estimate. Still no call on the 29th after I called back twice. Shop calls me on the 24th to say it is going to be 3 hours labor and the cost of the part. I ask why so many hours. 1 hour for diagnosis, when I told them what to fix. Says it was necessary because that code could mean several different things. But it was what I told him. Then an hour later they call back to say I have an exhaust leak and they can fix it while it’s in the shop. I give the go ahead. Ask what about the body work. Told they will call back. Called again on the 27th & 28th. No response. 29th I call and get to talk to James, I tell year make model, my name and company name. He cannot find my truck. Says he will call back, calls back to tell me the last record of service is 2017, I say not possible and he needs to ask someone else, put on hold for a few seconds and he comes back and says the file was in a different place. I then ask about the body work and he says the body shop has no record of the truck, I then get upset and tell him this is ridiculous and I want to talk to someone else, he says”listen don’t yell at me, you didn’t know what name it was underneath. I hang up and call GM he has not called back and neither has the body shop.

Called them to trade my truck salesman was very nice and willing to take my trade up to the time he had to call me back to discuss the trade terms. I have called the main office and cell number a couple of times no reply and it's been 2 weeks since I've heard from them I guess selling trucks isn't there game my mistake so buyers beware I don't recommend this place

I brought my truck in here& it was awesome!! Love the guys here!! If possible I'll be back for PM stuff!! Highly recommended.
