We had just had our truck down for 4 days for a engine harness as the diagnosis for an after-treatment code bundle, at another dealer. Made it 2 miles down down the road and derated again. Our poor Driver Ron was having a bad week as a result when we suspected problem was in Aftertreatment wiring somewhere based on codes. Explained all of this coming into labor day weekend. Sarah and Steve really made us see that they care. they had a week and a half backlog and still managed to squeeze us in and found the problem and resolved the issue, and I can't even begin to express "how much of a breath of fresh air this team is" they communicate well and care that you know what is happening, as well as taking the time to trace the problem to it's origin (now that is how we find a solution). I wish we could spread this work ethic and passion for helping around the country. So if you invent a cloning machine then we just experienced the team to clone! I am so impressed with this group of folks, that I thought I should share it with you, so you can form your own opinion. Pretty good dealership, well I just purchased an abs modulator it was on hand and the price was the same as online. Nice huge parking lot and employees were attentive.

FANTASTIC shop! Steve was awesome and helped us out when no one else would. We order parts from here and get to this shop as often as we can when we need repairs done. Would highly recommend these guys!

Service department did a good job with the 2006 peterbilt 379 I drive. Very friendly in the office. Came in with a turbo air problem. Come to find out some bolts were broke at the intercooler causing it to leak air. Truck has a c15 so they had to pull both turbos office and some other stuff to get it fixed right. Mechanic did a great job but my only complaint Is I definitely think the clock was milked!! I don't believe it should have been 1200 to fix for less than a full day job. Shop rate is definitely higher than most shops I've seen. But it was the closest place I was near so the boss didn't really have much of a choice it had to be fixed. Other than that a great experience. Just very high prices.

When your POS breaks down they fix it lol.

Their customer service is deplorable. They do not call with estimates before they do work. They do not return phone calls. Communication gap is huge. Personable...no. They take a extra long time to preform repairs. Do not recommend. They get no stars if i could.

Customer shop service is horrible!! Left my number for the manager to call back and never did to get into the shop for warranty work. Finally was able to get ahold of the service department and was told it will be three days out. I need to stop dealing with this part KW dealership.

Nothing but positive things to say about employees and mechanic's. Steve kept us updated all thru process of having clutch replaced. The cost was outrageous but would recommend this place for issues.
