What is wrong with the management at Cartersville Kroger that thinks it's acceptable to staff ONE person for curbside on the busiest day of the week??? Currently sitting in our spot along with about 20 other people for over 1.5 hours while ONE poor single person is trying to pull orders, while the empty store has managers and 10 other employees sitting around (I went in to use the bathroom and saw this). My order was placed 24 hours ago for a pick up time of 6 pm tonight. It's now 7:14 and it's going to be at least another hour. My mind is absolutely boggled how any manager half competent at their job would just watch the most lucrative part of their business today just crash and burn down in flames like nothing is wrong. I will go full Karen and make sure the guy working by himself gets a raise and this management goes in the trash where they belong.

I had an EXCELLENT!!!, over-the-top customer service experience this afternoon. Unfortunately, I didn't ask the woman for her name. I was waiting in a long check-out line with a few items (I had cash, and didn't know that the self-check-out took cash; most markets self-check-outs don't). She took me to the self-check-out, and even scanned, and bagged my items for me! She was SO pleasant! She increased even more my already high opinion of Kroger. My encounter with this Kroger employee TOTALLY brightened my day. She truly went out of her way to be helpful to, and thoughtful of the customer.

This place always have wrong price! The price shows on the shelves is different than what it is scanned. It happens all the time and I am avoiding shopping here.

I've always loved this store. As an Instacart shopper, I can't use self checkout. I am limited on time too. There was only two cashiers on the line! Two hours away from it being 5 pm. There were elderly customers behind me that I am sure have trouble standing long periods of time. You all need more cashiers! This is unacceptable!

Many workers without masks. I went shopping at 5:30am to avoid crowds and to keep safe, yet many workers(in meat dept, stocking yogurt, filling click list orders) had no masks on. A few workers had masks around their necks but not on. I was very disappointed in lack of pre cautions taken by employees. Do not know if I will go back.

Myra at the self check out line is so awesome! She helped me with my issue on buying a new belt at 6AM! I left my belt at home and forgot to bring it with me to the gym for my work clothes. Luckily Kroger opens at 5AM. She was a big help!

Online, pickup is a joke. First time, it took them 2 hours to bring out my order. Said I would never do it again, but a family member wanted us to pick up sodas for them. They ordered $250 worth of just soda. We waited 45 minutes in the pickup lot in 90 degree heat for them to bring out only $25 worth of soda, all the rest was "out of stock". If they had told us we would have just said, never mind. They are constantly out of stock. Go to Publix they are so better stocked up.

I looked into having my groceries delivered, I’m on a broken foot and my mom has dementia. It’s horrible on me trying to get out. I can’t drive and I can’t leave my mom unattended. It would make life so much better to have delivery, but we’re non existent in this area. I wouldn’t even shop there anymore and the only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because you do have wheelchairs for when I do go shopping with my mom in tow. Other than that I wouldn’t return.
