1) The guard will ask you for a twic card, if you don’t have one, they will send an escort to take you to the warehouse.
2) once you reach the warehouse, park between the cones and the escort will check you in. Make sure your reefer is on before you get here otherwise they will make you wait and charge you a late fee even if you get there before your appointment time.
3) once given a dock, slide your tandems, unhook just enough where trailer rests on the fifth wheel.
4) once backed in, go check in at shipping office.
5) once loaded, they will come tell you and ask you to get your paperwork from the office.
6) when all of that is done you can hook to your trailer and wait patiently for the escort to get you out of there.

They deserve negative rating but unfortunately there is no option here that .Security and receiver are rude dont know how to talk .They charge late fees even you get half an hour late there.

Had to be escorted in & out. But was able to wait in my truck, contradictory to the other reviews. About 2.5 hrs for unload & paperwork on full trlr, which is better than most places. All in all not bad.

The only good thing about this place is a plenty of room for back up. Escorting in and out, you must be precooled in order to be loaded, bunch of unnecessary safety rules, long wait time. Bad experience overall.

The place was not bad except you can't stay in your truck while loading. The security gard in the morning shift was very rude ,I think he's Spanish in he's thirty. That's why I give this place one star

You may stay in your truck if you have a twic card. If not they allow you to unhook truck stop 1.5 miles away 76 station.

Found them to be pleasant, helpful and somewhat efficient. Not much in the way of amenities while you are waiting.
If you have a TWIC card, show it when you get the Port Security gate. Otherwise they will have you wait for an escort. Pull into yard, escort will check trailer for readiness. If OK they will give you a door. Room to back. Slide tandems. Use the wheel chock. Disconnect. Check in next to Door 1. Wait for loader. Observe him place an air line lock, proceed to dock inside, observe the loading of your trailer. Once done, connect to trailer and return to office for paperwork. Pull forward, guard will verify seal number and observe you sealing the doors. Must leave at that point. Will be escorted if no TWIC card.
