Still the best selection of the things you regularly need.

Loved all the extras that other home stores don't have.

Went in for a quick trip to grab some outdoor carpeting. Had trouble finding any employee to help find the proper tool for laying out an adhesive. The real issues began at the checkout. Our cashier become increasingly frustrated over not being able to punch in the right numbers for the carpet, a other employee stopped to help. Somehow in the process the two of them began ripping items from each others hands and yelling at one another. I took my items back and told them both how inappropriate and unprofessional they were acting. The younger of the two than got an attitude with me and said J***S C****T, like I was out of line. Not to mention as a Christian the last thing I want to here is some young girl using the Lord's name in vain! Randy the manager was very sympathetic, polite and helpful. All in all I will make the drive to the West side of Wichita, I certainly didn't drive in all the way from Newton to put up with that kind of service.

Bill Ryan and Zack Wayman were both awesome! I was looking for signs to prevent people from parking in our driveway. I asked Bill where the signs were and he kindly directed me to the correct aisle. While looking for ways to post the signs, he had the idea to save us some money and use PVC instead of wood. Zack was there to help us cut the PVC with a tool I will definitely be back to buy on my next plumbing job! All said, this is a great store with great people and I will definitely be back because of it!

This is my closest Lowe's, it's usually got what I need. They are helpful... If you can find somebody. I prefer their lumber to Menard's, I find it easier to load lumber and pay for it on the way out then Menard's system of pay for it, find it, go through security to leave with it(which seems like it takes twice as long). Lowe's usually has somebody to help you load your stuff into your vehicle which is helpful for drywall, osb, and plywood.

Great store, the employees were helpful and knowledgeable. Easy access and easy to locate and see from the road. Large parking lot as is the norm for Lowe's. Large selection of products, easy to navigate the store. Did not notice any out of stock items. Customer service was friendly and helpful with our questions. Cashier was friendly and courteous, check out was quick and no hassle. Great store to run in and out of.

Man, oh man! Was I in a dither! I needed tough, durable cardboard boxes and I knew of only one place to grab them near 10 o’clock on a holiday weekend. Lowe’s really is the place! For me, on this trip, it was for moving boxes I needed to ship via Greyhound from Wichita, Kansas, to Dallas, Texas. Needless to say, the boxes held up perfectly, including the months that they were lost and stacked in a shipping warehouse. The bus line tracked down my boxes and they were perfect: no tears, or crushed edges. And that experience typifies what Lowe’s offers: the stock that contractors count upon, and the project inventory for weekend home-improvement warriors. Tools of every grade and for every level of usability. Storage systems; cleaning supplies; appliances; organizers; cabinetry; lawn and garden products and patio furniture; rugs and carpets; lawn tools and tractors; and plumbing from for the guts of systems to a broad variety of gorgeous sinks, commodes, walk-in showers; to name key sections. There are helpful specialists and sometimes one has to wait for a subject-matter expert to answer a page. But those whom I’ve worked with are respectful and know their stuff. And they take time to answer questions, and give you their name for the next time you drop by for help. Go Big Blue!
