Customer care is a joke & their personnel knows nothing about how their own store operates! I asked about "when a certain SOLD OUT product was expected to be restocked & was passed on to 4 people who supposedly could assist me" & after getting having to explain my request each time & no-one knowing anything, I grew frustrated & just left with no answers!!

Very poor service and extremely unprofessional in handling the customer order. I want to be more specific about my order. 1. I ordered the cake and requested delivery date as 12/16 at 5 PM, the same was written on the order form but the cake was made on 12/15 afternoon itself and called me to take it!! 2. When I told her the actual date, she realised her mistake but rather than making the new order she simply gave me the same cake on the following day!! 3. The cake was very badly finished!! 4. The message on the cake has spelling mistakes, even though the message was simple and written by me on the order form. 5. Over all I didn't understood the need of 'Order form' when non of the matter on the order form was taken care! 6. Very dis-satisfied the way the cake was made & I don't want to ever order a cake here!!

Very poor service. Customer service is horrible. Some of employees attitude sucks. I have not seeing any of the staff say thank u. I went there once and will never go back again. My suggestion to management is to address attitude and better customer service needs improvement. Tis is the forest wal mart I have been to.

I have been waiting or assistance for 45 minutes 2 different employees have tried to contact someone in the sporting goods department. This is unbelievable...
