There’s a gentleman called Paul in the service department. He’s the manager, I think. That man is an asset. Top notch service and customer centered service.

Everyone we spoke to was helpful in finding the serviced Walmart truck to pick up. Enter off Loop frontage road on the North back side of the office building. Slaton Hwy just East of the Loop on the same side as the Chisum Truck Stop and across from the newer Stripes Truck Stop. Have a nice day!

Parts changers ..i brought my truck in there for a low power .i told them its getting air in fuel is how it sounds and runs if u let it idle 10 min it clears out runs fine put a load and get 1.3 mpg on guage 3700 they charged me i left and in 45 min same problem and why they had it the tec ripped my landing gear off the trailer costing another day .they did fix no charge dont tk it in the rear avoid this place save your money

This place is the substandard of professionalism . The mechanic's on duty are extremely lazy and the sense of urgency is of non importance to them. If you want to wait hours only to be told we forgot about you this is definitely the place.

First, it's pet friendly. The driver's Lounge is nice, the staff is friendly and efficient, the lot is big enough to get your truck and trailer in without having to worry about hitting anything. The check-in is quick and they usually get back to you within an hour. My experience isn't over yet but I'm happy with what I've seen so far
