Believe the reviews on how long it will take. 8hrs so far. truly wonder why it takes so long when I have to pay a lumper at these places. No parking here, but Small dirt lot up the way if needed. show up 30 minutes before is best plan, and be ready to camp out for the day/night. There is a candy/soda machine plus bathroom in receiving. Update: 9hrs total to unload me Missed my other load

This place deserve 0 star. Bring dinner and breakfast. Because they gonna let you wait between 8 too 10 hours. check in( 9 PM )appointment (10 PM ) They send me to the door at (12:44 AM) And now( 3:16 AM) still not starting yet. I spoke To the lady at the receiving office and she said ( I'm sorry I can't do nothing about it we are Short staff ) My question to the owner or to the manager why you replace order if you can not handle it? Because of your lazy employee I'm losing my 2nd appointment for pick up tomorrow just because your employed it's lazy and they don't do them job well. This is not fair too hold driver's for 9 and 10 hours just to get me unload I'm not your slave I'm a human I need use bathroom I need eat food and I need to get some sleep and I have to make some money next day. ( Hire more people pay double money so they can unload driver's fast ) Besides that you guys don't pay nothing from your pocket we pay lumber fees to unload us so if we pay this from our pocket you guys need to do it fast . I'm not appreciate the business I make it with this place and I'm not happy for your service. Update they just text me for my lumber fee ( 5:17 AM) Check out 6:00 AM 8 hour to unload half trailer. Seriously guys stay away from this place do not waste your time and your money

Was here at 21:45 for 22:00 appointment time. There was a line on the road right outside of the entrance. Everyone was waiting for the trucks ahead who trying find a parking spot to go for check in. Was at the gate at 21:58 and waited for about another 10 minutes to be able to enter, then another 10 minutes to find a spot and finally I showed up at the window at 22:24 and they say that I was late. LOL. Very tight and completely disorganized place. I can confirm that the lady at the window is very rude and doesn't respect drivers. The only one polite person here was the lady at the gate. That's the only reason I'm giving one extra star.

Lady in guard shack was super sweet ...arrived 30 min before apt got a door immediately and sat from 730pm -730am and dealing with a pallet of product they damaged....but now they gonna call cops to remove me....I would not recommend this circus to anyone and only gave 2 stars because of guard lady.

Arrived 1 hour early and was in a dock right away. Mclane is like clockwork. Beautiful drive in also!

I thought that McLane in Rocky Mount. NC is bad enough, but this place is no better. Appointment time 11pm. Checked in at 10.20pm. Got a call with door number at 2:00am. And there is still someone else on that door. Avoid this place if you booked backhaul. Never know how long you'll stay here. Make sure you charge accordingly.

They are better than other MClane fast unloading....

Good Yard Conditions and nice people. No overnighting/extended parking I don't think. Quick unload but they will do the usual paperwork "dragout time". Usually better than average for sure.

I had a 9 PM appointment to deliver 2 skids of 40 boxes each. Everyone has been polite, but it is now 1 AM and even though they called and I paid my lumper fee 30 minutes ago, I am still locked in the dock with no end in site. You should plan on having at least 8-10 hours to spend if you have to deliver here. Can’t really complain about the $99 lumper fee for 2 skids, that seems to be the going rate lately...

Not a bad facility. Capstone was quick and friendly, does not leave a mess in trailer.

Had a 2100 appt got here at 2030, got a door within a half hr, still have a red light and I only have 7 pallets lol

No overnight parking allowed, but they do ask that you let the front desk agent know if you're running out of time. Maybe they'll check your clock and let you stay, who knows. Rest room inside, I was in and out for an unload. No complaints.

New management at the capstone desk runs a much tighter ship and very friendly, one of the only places that doesnt leave several pallets worth of wood chips in the trailer and they get product off and counted in 2 hours. Several truck stops nearby have always found at least one spot open, not a bad place to deliver. Docks have just enough space to comfortably get a 53' with a sleeper in but can be a pain if you get one towards the entrance. Pull straight to the right and do a long sightside back for those.
