This place is the absolute worst! I arrived at 4:30pm & had a 10 o’clock appt. The only good thing about this place is that they have overnight parking. I got called for a door at 9:30. The worst part about my experience at this location is that I never got the green light , or even a phone call! I noticed every truck was gone around me , so at about 4:40am I decided I had enough of playing the waiting game, I pulled my trailer up and my paperwork was in the trailer! Never told me I was ready to go! Place is a joke honestly!

Receiving gate opens at about 4pm. If you have an appointment, you'll be checked in and told to park and wait for the call. I did not have to wait long for mine. Unloading was fast. Lumper can be paid by credit card. After you get unloaded you can stay overnight till 10am ( Except Friday night since they're closed Saturday)

This is the third time that my driver tries to unload a load here, in the first two occasions with covar and now with r2x, the 3 appointments were supposedly for 12am but every time he arrived at the receiver (this place) they tell us that he does not have appointment, on this last occasion I make the decision to call the receiver and confirm his appointment time, and they confirmed that it was for 12am but when my driver arrives, the same thing, sorry but you need to calls the broker for a reschedule. At this point I never want to take this load again in my life, it is a load for a van and it is water and as a dispatcher I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT, too many days loaded and nobody pays that. 

Great place to deliver. Best Mcclane around I think. Nice people, parking for drivers. Pretty fast unload every time I’m there.

They were quick unloading , they just take their time to call you and let you know you are ready to go.

Delivered here many times today was by far the best Steve the guard for the receiving gate hands down the nicest and most informative person I've dealt with in ages am looking forward to delivering here again as long as he is working

I was honestly worried about delivering here since Mcclane is a company that I detest passionately. My GPS sent me to one entrance where a guard shack lady basically walked into traffic to let me know where the correct entrance is. She stopped me from turning in and I really really appreciate her help. The other guard shack guy at the correct entrance was also very nice and helpful. On top of those two, there were two unloaders inside that helped me locate the receiving office and restrooms and actually acknowledged my existence and informed me that the receiving person would be there shortly. I again appreciate this and have no problem waiting when someone communicates what is going on. I even passed the receiving lady and she spoke to me to say she would be back to the office in just a minute. A big thanks to everyone working here and making delivering a lot less stressful. Drivers know what it is like to go to a place they have never been before only to get ignored and treated like they should know how they operate as if they worked at the office every single day. This place is great with that and I hope everyone gets paid well and gets a raise. To the receiving office lady... thank you for being friendly and go for your dreams!

Worst Place to deliver. Not that these reviews go far but if your docked in x dock(71 thru 78) be prepared to walk at least 1 mile back and forth to front office. Very rude workers and very slow. Oh and if your owner Operator be prepared to be screwed by capstone and there high lumper fees.

Quick unloading. Let's you reset your hours on their property. 👍🏿👍🏿

Checked in @11pm was empty before 3am....they let you park overnight, that’s a big plus 👍 checking was a little crazy that’s because my first time here but future delivery’s will be 💯% smoother

Five hours in door for one pallet and still no paperwork. I’m gonna sue capstone for negligence. Update 9-3-19, we’re supposed to be able to stay on yard in the back lot and sleep until 10AM but the morning gate guard came around at 8AM waking up drivers and telling us to leave. Just what a driver needs, less sleep. 🤬

This place really don't appreciate hard working workers.

Good place to deliver overnight parking no problem delivering In and out Plenty of parking easy back in lumpers Are very pricey 24 skids $164.00 all in all good place to deliver very friendly people especially at the guard shack she was very nice and helpful I don’t know how to turn this place around but 15 years ago it wasn’t like this thank you

They have overnight parking. You have to pay lumpers they will even start to unload you. Had a 16:00 appt took about 4 hrs to unload a half truck. Plenty of room to back up friendly guard and staff....

Started off well, didnt end well. Friendly lady guard at check in. Fairly quick unload, 3 hours. Went to check on paperwork and they got in an uproar, offended, and explained to me po rocess, which was not what I was questioning, receivig window guy told me to check with lumper desk on papers after I explainedthe situation. Anyhow, Im female so two minutes after I got to my truck, surprise!!! Paperwork showed up. Anyhow, busy facility, overall friendly, just dont ask any questions and you will be okay. I was nice about situation even though the lumper guy that butted in to my conversation didnt deserve kindness. Always keep your cool and respect others, even if they don't respect you...just the right thing to do.

IF YOU PAY LUMPER WITH CASH IF LESS $ AND THEY WORK FASTER...

Enter off of Ave A. Park and check in at the guard shack and they'll call you with a door. Back in and check in at receiving (door 1). Have to pay the lumpers before they unload. Beware, its tighter backing than it looks but it's not that bad. Lumpers are extremely slow.
