My experience was very good here, came late in the day, my trailer was getting fixed, they loaded me anyway, from security to load staff all good attitudes and very helpful

They deserve 0000 stars my appointment was at 8 am check in at 7:30 am. It’s 2:15 still the light is red . Truckers stop coming to this place.

When you arrive at McLean you will need to park in the long Drive Way and walk your paperwork to the guard house to sign in … and then go back to your Truck and wait for them to call you with a door However once you get in a door it seams like you are forgotten about and there is no way to communicate with Receiving … so when you hit the dock you just have to hope for the best … GOOD LUCK AND THERE IS NOT ANY OVER NIGHT PARKING… There is a Flying-J on I-44 Ex 72

It took them more than 2 hours to unload less than half a load of palleted product and to sign the paperwork. After unloading, they required me to stay backed up to the dock with the reefer running while they took more than two hours to count how many pallets they had removed.

Saturday appt at 1100. Arrived 0945, door at 1145, unloaded 1540! Gate person was friendly and helpful, BUT Capstone, as always, SLOW. Very few trucks delivering at the time, and looking in warehouse, not much going on! From my previous Mclane experience, this is about the best it gets.

Lazy careless people work here. Looks like management dont care paying salary for doing nothing.If you want to loose your next appointment go to Mclane! Youll wait there for 6 or more hours to get unloaded even if there no trucks but you!!!
