This place is pretty decent for the price. There's is some small issues with the interior but nothing major. The guy at the front desk was pretty awesome and patient with my kids. My biggest complaint thou is my room was advertised as a queen but it was only a full size bed. It could use some cleaning in certain areas, elevator, stairwells, etc. The rooms them selves were clean and nice

I would definitely recommend this hotel for the price. Nothing crazy, simple rooms and simple service. Not dirty by any means. Great location if you want to stay away from downtown but still want to be driving distance. Takes about 15 minutes to get to downtown. The views in Bellevue are wonderful!!

I have stayed here a couple of times and it has been very good. This time was no exception on the stay, but I picked up another guest staying there this time. I squished him in my car when he ran across the seat. So, they may want to get the exterminator on the phone.

Let’s start with the good things. The room was clean the air conditioning worked and the water actually got hot in the shower although the pressure was kind of low. Staff was functional if not friendly. When they say pet friendly think dogs barking in the hallway most of the day. On the other hand they didn’t bark at night so that was good. The breakfast was the bare minimum offering three sugary cereals some bananas and packaged pastries. The biggest issue is if anything is happening in the hall you can hear it quite clearly in your room. Not much sound deadening going on. BTW The advertise a pool which they have but ya can’t use it 🤷🏼‍♂️😁

Booked ahead of time. Room was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast offerings and quality was great. Staff was welcoming and nice. Had no issues with noise. Would be glad to come back!!

The worst hotel stay in my life. Walls were paper thin. After passing out from a 10 hour drive, I had to call the desk 3 times because the room next to me partied all night. I was awakened from a deep sleep at 1:30 am and again at 3:30 am. And again 4 am. The desk clerk offered to move me out of my room, I told him he should move the party people, I was in my gown. Each time I heard the desk attendant knock and speak to them (crystal clear) they would resume shortly after he left. I reported it the next morning, but no one seemed to care. I will never stay in a Microtel or Wyndham hotel again.

Stayed 3 days during a week. Came into a room where the coffee spill from a previous guest was still on my bedside stand. The spill remained the entire stay. Only my bed was remade and a fresh towel hung. Nothing was cleaned. My sleep was broken up morning and night by slamming doors. The doors slammed so hard, the walls shook. The walls were so thin, I could hear complete conversations. I tried to call the front dest to report on the noise at 11:30pm. Nothing changed. I will never stay here again!

The location was great as we had access to a store and eateries. The receptionist was really nice. The shower curtain smelled like mildew and the remote didn’t work. We were tired and decided to just go to bed. We passed on breakfast because the sausages were not covered and animals were walking around. The juice and coffee was good. People with pets should be on separate floors than patrons without pets.

This is a good choice for a budget hotel with access to Nashville. It's right by the highway, so it takes under a minute drive to be on I-40 either way. It's about a quarter mile away from a newer outdoor mall with restaurants and shops, including a Sprouts grocery (kind of like Whole Foods, you can buy healthy stuff to bring back to the room, which has a fridge and microwave), and there are multiple gas stations, bars, drug stores, etc. nearby. I've stayed in this area of Nashville many times and it's basically the business district of a safe suburb. The standard rooms (1 queen) are smaller than average. I think they're fine for 2 people but adding kids would be difficult. I think they have some larger rooms with two queens. The room was very clean, newer TV, and everything worked fine. All of the different staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good, pretty much what you would expect for a free-breakfast hotel. It's a smaller hotel so the food selection was smaller than I've seen in bigger hotels, but there was still something for everyone.

It was actually better than we expected. Room was clean and comfortable. Its in a very good location and not far from downtown Nashville. Check-in was quick and easy. Front desk attendant, Pam, displayed A-1 customer service!! Would definitely stay again!!
