One of the best Lineage Logistics I have delivered to. The parking lot is small, no overnight parking or long term. Check in with the desk, everyone there was friendly and courteous. I was a little early for my appointment but they got me to a dock promptly. Follow the directions and you will not be on the dock but a few minutes.
1-do not cut the seal or open your doors (they open from inside)
2-back up to the dock and chock wheels
3-disconnect the air line and wait for the phone call.
Do not leave your trash or cigarette butts on the ground. This is a great place to receive dont foul it up for the rest of us.

4 stars because nobody is perfect. Evelyn was very helpful very friendly even though I was late for my appointment. Don’t be late on purpose. Leave your attitude at the door gets you nowhere. Evelyn doesn’t deserve it. To nice of a person. Loaded quickly. Wasn’t long wait to get in door. Thank you lineage for the exceptional employee. She had remarkable up bringing.

I was late due to Kroger's. Luckily they was able to work me in. They were really nice and had me done within an hour. Easy to find per the navigation. I would come back. Lots of space to park into the docks

Hands down,one of the best locations I've loaded at. Easy parking,fast service,clean facilities. Checking in and out was excellent. Ms. Julissa Garcia provided me with top of the line service. I hope the rest of the workers are just like her. She got me unloaded and reloaded in under 1.5 hours.

Not a bad place. Parking is kind of tight. You may have to park on street and walk to office. Fast unloading. Arrive early so you can get a parking spot.

Highly recommend this cold storage facility. Charles and his team went above and beyond to help us out on short notice. Rates are also extremely reasonable. Our truck was in and out in 45 minutes. I will definitely use their services again when need.
