No Quality at this Inn
Several light bulbs burned out in the room (3 of 7 total), when asked for them to be fixed response was “if we do that it will be too bright”. It was never fixed during our stay.
NO breakfast! I thought ALL Quality Inns provide a free breakfast.
Not recognized as Elite member.
Most of the furnishings in the room were worn or damaged.
No place to plug in a laptop PC.
This was marked as a “No Smoking" room yet it smelled of cigarette smoke and there were cigarette burns on the tub.
No clock in room.
No phone in room.
No laundry bag in room.
Sheets and pillowcases were old and yellowed.
Reservation was for 2 adults but there was only one large towel in the room.

We went there after picking up our daughter at the college and because my fiance left his meds at home we couldn't stay. We rented 30 minutes prior to getting there. No place else to stay since it was graduation night. I asked to look at the room and they showed me, I was ok close to a drive through and cars were honking. We rented 2 rooms and I was ok for one night. But when I got back to the car I was told he forgot his heart meds and we had to go. They refused a refund and I actually told some people outside we just canceled 2 rooms so they could have sold them. And we haven't received a receipt yet for the room. I will never stay there and the manager was rude when I asked to speak to the GM or owner. She questioned where I worked who I worked for and what I did for a living? Someone needs more customer service training.

I had to go to the front desk after seeing my bed, because the sheets were disgusting. Stains, debris, etc. I took a picture of one spot. I went to the front desk to request a clean room, and the gentleman whom I assume to be the manager acted like it was a huge inconvenience to offer me another room.
Broken fixtures in both rooms. Wifi did not work at all during my stay

This hotel is run down! It looks beat up! There were dings in the appliances, wood was torn off the bathroom door, the shower curtain had seen better days, and there was a big cigarette hole in the bedding. Breakfast was advertised, but not provided. This hotel needs to be torn down.

The room was scrubbed clean, except for the toilet. I'm not sure why puke or whatever was in toilet? This was very strange and gross 🤢. The employees were nice in my experience.

I got a non smoking room and the room smelled so bad like cigarettes. I used half a bottle of air freshener just cause I was tired and needed to sleep. Staff was friendly. Shower was nice. Bed was hard.

The room were set up nice but the floors were dusty an tv wasn’t working correctly. And I also got over charged for my room. The room Was $88, the guy took $88 off my card when only pose to been took $28 dollars off and took $60 in case . This motel is not worth the stay

Expensive for what you get. I &ad a better room gulf side the next night for less money.
Only had a 1/2 roll of TP in the room with no spare. No regular coffee in the room only decaf. Took one look at breakfast and walk away without eating. There was not even waffle mix though the iron was on.
Quality Inn seems to be losing Quality

Stayed at this hotel December 26-29th 2019. Worst experience ever. I stayed in a bottom floor room #305 and was bitten by bed bugs. I did not realize what it was till on the way home. I had to see my dr, get medication, throw away all clothes, luggage and toiletries to make sure I didn't bring them home. I contacted their corporate office which is Choice Hotels and they stated there was nothing they could do as the hotel was independently owned and to call or email them and file a complaint. I sent them several emails, pictures of the bites, and my medical office visit notes. They have yet to acknowledge my calls or emails. Beware!

We stayed at this hotel when it was AMERICA'S BEST VALUE INN. That's right before the new coat of paint and the name change to QUALITY INN. The rooms were infested with bed bugs and the bed linen was not cleaned very well. The pool was out of order and the none smoking rooms smelled like stale cigars. Unless the establishment has gotten rid of the infestation problem, or fully renovated, I do not recommend staying here. The office staff was not helpful and would not provide us with a refund. Even after we showed them pictures and video of the bed bugs. STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
