Quality Inn near SeaWorld - Lackland

This price issue has been partially addressed. One room refunded, but the other was charged more that I agreed to on check in. Adjoining rooms were unavailable (according to manager nonexistant) though promised through reservations. Poor desk girl was sent to our room twice after we were in bed to demand that we return to the lobby to run the card so they could charge me a different price for the room they did find for us. At first we could fix it in the morning. Then she came up again to say the price was changed.Then when I used my cell phone to call the lobby because the land line was not working, I was yelled at by the manager herself that it must be done now!at 10pm. When my daughter took the card down, they charged about $70 more than the paper I had signed at 6:30pm. The room is passably clean, but not covid clean, the road noise level is high, the parking lot is noisy and busy with people late at night. The biggest issue was the rudeness and vacilating price of the manager and lack of respect with which it was handled. I would not be surprised to find that I had been twice charged. I truly feel sorry for the girl at the desk who send to be new and really doing her best. I will not stay at this Quality Inn again and I may avoid others.

TV did not work. It was replaced. Maintained man needs to wear ID.

DO NOT RECOMMEND During our 2nd night we woke up at 3 AM to no working AC. Front desk said transformer was out and manager would be in at 7AM. Shift change. Now they said manager will be in at 9AM. THE MANAGER LIVES ON THE PROPERTY!!! Their resolution was we can switch rooms to a room with only (1) king bed for 2 adults and 2 children. If the transformer is out how will switching rooms change the fact that the power wasn’t working right and at 3AM to switch rooms with 2 toddlers?!? Unrealistic. Our QUALITY of sleep was lessened and ended up checking out at 7AM. NEVER AGAIN!

This hotel was terrible. Breakfast sucked. The breakfast meat was soggy and wet and the juices were disgusting while the bread was stale. I asked the house keeper who was right next door cleaning another room to please clean our room while we would be gone for 5 hours. We came back and nothing was done. Overflowing trash, beds not made or fresh sheets and no towels were available because they are limited! Come to find out she decided that it was the end of her shift before we came back so she didn’t have to do our room. The only good thing about this place is that it is 10 minutes away from the LackLand AirForce Base. Don’t waste your time here. Go somewhere with a better breakfast and better staff. The morning breakfast people are rude and glare at you.

I enjoyed the channels on the TV. I could'nt add my roku to their TV because of the wifi. I unpacked my things into a dresser when I arrived. As I was about to leave I noticed a little roach in the drawer and I did not have food in there or anywhere near it. When I opened the curtains I noticed the window screen was taken out of the window and was just left leaning on top of the window sill. The bathroom trash bag had stains in it and I hadn't put anything in there yet. I bought a snack from the vending machine and noticed hours later the snack is expired. The best part of my stay was the well rest I had. The ice was clean. Shower was nice. Friendly staff. Check in and check out was very quick.

It's CLEAN and very quiet. A decent breakfast and decent rooms. The location is PERFECT! MANY restaurants and stores all around the hotel. Inexpensive GET-A-WAY💞

I really can't say because I went to sleep. But the smell of them cleaning hallway carpet got to me. I will recommend someone to stay.

This is one of the best hotel I stayed. My family enjoyed the stay here. The hotel is located just next to a big shopping complex and it is very near to SeaWorld. Breakfast is good. Hotel and rooms are so clean and maintained well. Greatly appreciated the staff. I will definitely stay here for all my San Antonio trips. Thanks

Stayed there for only two nights but I loved the location because it was close to the center of everything which was great. Their breakfast option was not bad either. Had an issue with the TV. We called front desk and they said it will take a while for the tv to download or something. If you not interested in watching TV, you should be good to go. The hotel room was clean.
