Easy to work and plus really happy for the quality work they have done on the work truck best diesel mechanic around Dallas and Forth worth been to different ones and have a hard time or time of fix is really more than 1 or 2 weeks I recommend going to Rush Truck Center get your work or personal diesel truck fix here.

The team at Rush is second to none, especially Cody and Lee on the Service team. These two rock stars have bailed me out of several excruciatingly painful truck maintenance issues that were business critical. If not for Cody and Lee's efforts and their consistent willingness to go far above and beyond the level of fleet maintenance support I've had in the past from other service providers, our business wouldn't have been able to meet customer demand with large revenue implications.
I won't be taking our fleet vehicles anywhere other than Rush, you guys have got a customer for life here! Thank you so much for always saving the day.

This review is for the service department only, so if that's not you, you can disregard this. I brought a older Isuzu NPR here for a failing transmission. It cost me $800 to get a diagnosis (which maybe is reasonable? They checked the fluid, added fluid, and retested? I don't know.) The real problem is they gave me an $8000 estimate for a new transmission. TWO other factory service centers quoted $5000 (confirmed this is complete - labor, parts, the whole thing). I've often suspected I was being overcharged, now I have written proof. Never again will I go here.

I have bought 3 new trucks with Rush and my experience has been the best, my seller is Matt Lyon and He is the best salesman always willing to listen and has a lot of knowledge to guide me with my needs.
The service department also is the best, every time I bring my trucks for service they will fix it right , I don’t have to comeback for the same problem again.
I will give them more than 5 stars.

Hello I'm just letting every one know I work for Garda world in Richardson Texas and Rush MD has been a great help in getting parts for our trucks and also in repairing our units. We have been very pleased with Rush parts department and also the service department as well. In particular Robert Pena and Becka in the parts department. For the past 2 years we have worked closely together and I must say both of these people have been extremely helpful and a necessary part of the trucks staying running and parts being delivered on time and also the ability to get the parts. I truly thanks them for all they do.
