I started coming here after I cancelled my membership at BJ's after being frustrated with them for years. I am glad I did, this facility (assuming you are technically savvy) is a great place to get what you need and get out. It does get quite crowded on weekends but with your phone you can scan your stuff and after an inspection on the way out (which is actually staffed!!!) you are on your way. Minus one star for inconsistent stocking of various items, but from one week to next items have sometimes reappeared. Produce area is very tight and difficult to navigate with the massive cart they give you.

I have been shopping at this sams club 3+ years and in that time frame I've experienced a multitude of prejudice workers each time I come I spend 1k+ to be accused of trying to steal every time I come through this establishment is mind blowing not everyone is out to steal especially when the people you approach are minority or of color as I noticed this on numerous occasions the Caucasian families in front don't get asked to unload their carts or transfer to a different cart while using the self checkout but a person of color is always asked there are no visible signs asking that you do so or is it store policy but I want to let the company, minorities, and people of color to be mindful of the prejudice that this establishment hires

Rude staff! Busy Sunday so i expected craziness, however what i didn’t expect was the attitudes of the employees we encountered! One which i believe was a manager made a horrible comment to my senior mother when she asked if a lane was open to be considerate to the cashier. She rudely replied “well the signs not there so that means it’s open right?” Then huffed off. I was shocked. Store itself was decent and well stocked. First time i went to this location in a while i think I’ll stick to the other locations 🤷🏻‍♀️

This review is for the auto center. The staff there was very accommodating to me when I was late to my appointment after being rear-ended on the way there. They explained my options for fixing my tire that was leaking air, and didn't pressure me to do anything I didn't want to. The only complaint I have is that someone isn't always available to pick up the phone when I call the auto center. Overall, great service, and I'll recommend it to others.

I went to Sam's club to buy gas because I can normally depend on them to have the cheapest gas,,, well not today & not at the Deptford Sam's. I couldn't believe gas was 14¢ per gallon higher than other gas stations in the area, so of course I purchased gas elsewhere. Very disappointed!!!!

Packed Saturday and only 2 cashiers. We are supposed to keep a safe distance from one another but when the lines are backed up into the isles with no other registers open it's impossible to maintain a safe distance. Short staffed and very disorganized. Customers opening items without paying for them and I was able to walk out the EXIT without anyone checking to see if I paid for anything in my cart.

They were really helpful in this pandemic. It was very easy to grab and go the stuff we wanted that way we didn't have to move around from store to store in this hysteria. Though hours were curtailed they provided very good service as much as they could. Appreciate your business!
