Fairly poor experience. the Starbucks at this location didn't have any drinks and the staff at the Starbucks location was difficult to work with. I asked If multiple items were in stock which they replied no. Finally I asked what they did have and they said they only had iced or hot coffee. It felt like a situation that could have been avoided If they had begun with that, instead of having me keep guessing. Nothing particularly egregious but still a minor nuisance and demonstrates lack of customer service training. The rest stop overall was messy with boxes of product line needlessly everywhere. There was very limited staff that was able to assist potential customers. Restrooms were clean though.

Wow, Indiana. A service plaza that provides virtually no service, way to go. Its bad enough we have to endure the glory of your roadwork or the lack of. I feel like I’m playing a live version of pothole hero. I stop, after many hours of driving only to find nothing here, absolutely nothing. None of the food vendors are open, the 7-11 has no hot food available, half the restroom equipment is not working and there are virtually no trash cans outside. What service do you actually provide besides overpriced prepackaged fatty snack foods?

In the void that is the turnpike, this felt like an oasis. Running low on gas? This place has reasonably priced fuel despite having you at their mercy. Getting hungry? There are several food options available. There was immaculate facilities.

Stopped here recently. I was very surprised with how clean and nice the facility was. There was a great selection of food you could purchase here. Clean well kept washrooms. Great seating to eat and relax before continuing on your journey. Lots of brochures and information on local attractions. Well stocked convenience store. Definitely a great place to stop.

The bathrooms, service, and parking lot conditions could be improved. The waterless urinal design might look good on paper but it always smells unclean. The stop is acceptable and not even noticeable until you hit Ohio and see how nice a rest area can be. Otherwise it passes but ...

Are you serious? Close the building on one of the busiest travel weekends of the year! Sell the travel plaza to a foreign company like you did the toll road. Maybe they can run it better than the current owner.

Good place to fuel up on gas and caffeine. Bathrooms have been clean every time I've ever been there. Brightly lit, modern facility. Food can be hit or miss, depending on the day. No green spaces to stretch your legs, but otherwise great.

This place is super clean. Bathrooms that smell amazing. Automatic every thing in the bathroom, so you don't need to touch anything. You have quite of few food choices. I'm impressed there is even a salad option. Starbucks and Popeyes are both here also. Bright, clean, fast and accessible. I wish all stops were like this one.
